With his mastered rinnegan sasuke can use virtually any tech including dust and dark style and kumai since that is the special ability of his rinnegan. His limbo is different from madara's though. Naruto still evens him out with access to all tail beast powers to use RSM. But regular BSM Naruto gets beat mid low diff. Sasuke also replaces his left arm via asura path and naraka path. With all this power at his disposal sasuke still believes that he should protect the world from another kaguya regime. In the shadows, lord sasuke rustles your fave, he's on double rinnegan juubidara level but he gets beat by prime kaguya, no one can beat prime kaguya not even solo rock or solo cage.
