Kakashi's intellect is seriously underrated & downplayed

I saw a thread saying his intellect falls short of Itachi's (how I don't know) & Minato (arguable), and then I thought the only reason why people say that about him is because his character falls short of actual power to match his intellect. Itachi has MS, God tier weapons, of course his claims measure his intellect. Minato has BSM, mastery of FTG, Sage Mode, samething. If Kakashi were an actual Uchiha, with the bloodline trait to handle the sharingan, his intellect wouldn't be questioned. I don't see too many vs threads with Rikudo Kakashi, because he is seriously op. I'm not going to list feats because we all know what he has done and what he is capable of.

The only thing that has handicapped Kakashi was and will always be power, but I don't feel his intellect in anyway is inferior because of that.

IMO it depends on how you define intelligence. I think as far as creating a strategy goes, Kakashi is definitely one of the best. Itachi was very insightful as far as his ideas about life and being able to understand people.

Really as far as battle smarts goes, IMO Kakashi is very close to Shikamaru in terms of analytics, planning, and strategy.

But he has been shown to posses greater wisdom than smarts. There are a lot of smart people in the world, but still stupid.
