Honestly, Naruto can sense Amaterasu being build up, Itachi can counter it.
Itachi handles Sasuke, because there is no way in hell a MS Sasuke is overpowering Itachi.
Naruto quite easily handles Kakashi with either FRS, clones, or close taijutsu.
Then after Kakashi is fodderized both Naruto and Itachi destroy Sasuke. /My opinion

I'm going with team 1. First off, clone feints from Naruto counter Kamui. Those Naruto clones can get disguised as Itachi clones making it even harder to tell the real Itachi from the fakes. A COFRS kills Sasuke after Kakashi is out of the picture and he'll get overwhelmed with COR spamming shadow clones while Itachi can keep Sasuke busy.
IMO team 1 takes this with high difficulty if this is WA SM Naruto.
