Would Tobirama need more than a shadow clone to defeat sakura? And Tobirama can handle Itachi.

Sakura can actually act as a "battery" for Itachi here by transferring her chakra over to him, buffing up all of his techniques, and enabling him to use other techniques in conjunction with the susano'o while reducing the stress caused by using the MS through medical ninjutsu. However, Itachi would have to maintain at least a V4 Susano'o to defend against Gōjo Kibaku Fuda and protect himself and Sakura from being marked and assasinated. It could go either way, imo.

Edit: Forgot about Hidan's immortality as well, lmao he could be used as a "suicide" bomber along with the edos

Edit 2: Susano'o can really be teleported away? Never thought of that, I guess Tobirama solos in scenario one if that's possible.

Tobirama spent his childhood and adult life fighting Uchiha. He's knows what they can do and how their sharingan work. Recall that during Madara's era that possessing a MS was not uncommon. So the edge Itachi would have by virtue of possessing a MS is nulled.

Tobirama has FTG, suiton jutsus that don't need a source, edo tensei, kage bushin and his senju body/chakra to carry him through the fight. Sakura is outclassed here and can be easily dispatched by Hidan. Tobirama either overwhelms Itachi from the start or allows Itachi to spam his MS and wait for him to go blind like he did during the Sasuke fight.

Itachi and Sakura takes this. FTG wouldn't teleport Susano'o away while leaving the user behind. Susano'o and the user are connected via chakra. Tobirama can't select to teleport one and leave the other. At this situation, Itachi's Susano'o buffed with Sakura's Yin seal is enough to take the combo. High diff for Team 1 due to using their strongest jutsus. Hidan wouldn't make any difference, he can't get any blood from them.

Teleporting Susano'o away ? Seriously, Minato explained how FTG works. It makes a connection to chakra and teleports anything linked to it. If Tobirama touches Susano'o and teleports it away Itachi will follow within. Otherwise FTG would've just teleported people's limbs away while leaving other parts behind.
