Question about Shinju, Hashirama and Biju

I believe this was eluded too in the manga but I want to confirm.

Hashirama's wood style jutsus originate from the Shinju (God Tree). Which he inherited from being Asura's reincarnation/chakra transmigrant. With the 10 tails being another form of the Shinju and Hagormo dividing the 10 tails' chakra in to 9 tailed beasts after sealing Kaguya.

Is that why Hashirama and to an extent Yamato's wood style's are able to suppress the power of tailed beasts? Their wood style and the tailed beasts originate from Kaguya and the 10 tails. So their is a connection between the two?


Or is it because the tailed beasts are huge concentrations of chakra and wood style/shinju absorbs chakra making it easier to subjugate them?

Hashirama Kekkei Genkai Wood origins was never stated in the Manga nor databook. Its just the combine elements of water and earth, and added life force, creates wood.

And I go with his Wood Creation is able to absorb chakra, thus, suppressing the Tailed Beast:

Answer: I believe someone answered very nicely with some pictures. I can't answer truthfully seeing as I'm not the guy who wrote the story for Naruto and what I have to say has no bearing to it.

Nice theory. Never really understood why wood is able to supress Tailed Beasts
