SM Madara solos like he did canonically. He took out Tobirama, Edo Hashirama, and EMS Sasuke without eyes. When he was using Juubi mode, Minato also failed to blitz him, and SM's sensing powers are way superior, so in other words, he takes out Minato due to his fast reflexes, then, the Uchihas team up on Naruto (even though SM Madara could arguably solo him).

Hashirama had rods impaled in him which hindered any use of chakra, and couldn't move. Edo Tobirama is nowhere near the level of BM Minato, nor is he anywhere near Naruto. Sasuke was killed after the first Rinnegan was obtained, had no knowledge of it's ability, he also didn't use any Susano'o variants in any combat prior to getting stabbed. Regardless, Limbo isn't busting the Kurama avatars, nor is it going to be able to handle two at once.

Minato stays linked with Naruto and can freely teleport when needed, this mean GM chains won't connect. S/t barriers, Kage level clones and superior firepower/speed make this an inevitable loss for Single Rinnegan Madara. Madara gets overwhelmed and nuked to hell.

Madara gets stomped on, and it wouldn't even be close.

How do GM chains even connect to the avatar if Minato's chakra is linked with Naruto's? They easily avoid all attempts at extracting the Bijuu.

Kurama Avatars aren't Tailed beasts, it's superior in every department.

Chakra avatar is far more durable, and Limbo only slapped them back, it caused absolutely no significant or lasting damage.

Kuramas could nuke Madara all they want, but if the 9 bijuus combined didn't hurt him, then neither is a single bijuu going to (divided in two). Also, SM Madara's sensing abilities are superior to Juudara's, who easily took out SM Minato.
In terms of reflexes:
SM Madara > Juudara > SM Minato
So SM Madara > BM Naruto
The reason this is the case is because if SM Madara has superior reflexes to his 10 Tailed form, then this should also be the case with SM Minato being better than BM Minato in terms of reflexes.
BM Minato may be faster than SM Minato (the one that got defeated by Juudara), but SM Madara also has better reflexes than Juudara to sort it out.

Naruto is a non-factor when it comes to both reflexes and speed, for look at what Madara, without neither SM nor Juubi mode, did to him. He effortlessly blocked his attack.

They needed to bump fists in order to sync their chakra, and that's considered prep. So that may work for Minato but not Naruto.
