Obviously Hashirama is aware of this.

I highly doubt Hashirama would notice Madara biting him in the midst of a hectic battle, especially with his "self healing" shit. It probably healed pretty much as soon as the flesh was bit off.

Hashirama and tobirama had info on the 6 paths rinnegan abillities and even jj abilities , he already heard madara say that "when two opposing forces work together , can shape the universe " , ashura/indra , senju/uchiha.

I think hashirama knew wat madara planed to do by biting him but after he thought he killed him , he simply gave no ****s.
