What unhealthy Itachi? Itachi in the manga = normal itachi.

The so called "healthy itachi" is fan-fic.

When he fought Kakashi, Asuma and Kurenai, he barely used his MS and it was really painful for Kakashi.

So there is no "perfect healthy Itachi" in canon that is strong with Totsuka and yata.
Edo Itachi wasn't healthy, he basically had an EMS, since he felt no Pain in his eyes and so on. And he never fought KCM Naruto in a true 1 vs 1, and he didn't low-diff Nagato, he simply used a chance to seal him away, given to him by Killer B and Naruto..

In the entire fight, the biggest misconception is that Killer B and Naruto were inferior.. no. Those 2 didn't even get pushed to their limits, they were rushing and then the talking and so on. Can't be considered an actual fight like this one.
