Why didnt Kakashi use Mangekyo Sharingan in Part 1?

If the story were to be consistent, he should have been able to use it during the 9-Tails attack, since Obito used his then.

It could be explained that Obito had a knowledgable coach who knew what the MS was, while Kakashi did not.

Truthfully, though, it's because that story line hadn't been conceived/planned yet.

But Kakashi passed 15 Years with his sharingan and MS and only in Part 2 he discovered his Sharingan can access the MS

Probably in Part 1 Kishimoto didn't planned anything about Tobi, Obito and kakashi's sharingan origin.

Only in Kakashi Gaiden at the end of the part 1 he started to thought about Tobi and Kakashi MS.

I guess until war arc Kishimoto didn't know Tobi's identity.
Kakashi never resounded with Obito's sharingan during 15 years + entire part 2

But in Juubi arc their sharingans magically can resound

I keep wondering how his chakra levels and stamina magically improved in Part 2 so that he went from being hospitalised by single instance sharingan usage to using MS

Yeah.Probably but Itachi told him about Mangekyou when he met him at the end of Part 1 and then in Part 2 he suddenly seems to know a lot of MS.Its a little inconsistent
