Did you not read the post? Yōton + Acid mist is pretty self explanatory, Tsunade's body isn't going to regenerate itself when it all melts away

Based on Tsunade's skin and muscles burning and melting to the point where Byakugō can't regenerate anything... Once the lava envelops her it's GG for her since it'll instantly melt through her body.

Byakugou has shown to regenerate skin and muscles.

Meis Lava doesn't melt instantly either.

I want to see how you think Mei kills her with just this before I go into why Tsunade beats her so sorry for all the short one liners.

It will instantly burn through and melt unprotected human flesh. Byakugō forcibly stimulates the body's cell division process in order to regenerate badly damaged organs. This doesn't mean in anyway shape or form that it can regenerate from any type of technique, nor from any type of injury. For example, Jinton would instantly atomize her entire body, and she sure as hell won't regenerate from that. Mei's lava release would rapidly melt through her entire body, completely burning everything in the process so that there's nothing left to regenerate from.

Tsunade swinging her arms is enough to counter all of Mei's attacks.
