How am I shamelessly in love with his character? I suppose it has to do with his altruism, unwavering loyalty to Konoha (despite everything the village did to him and his family, and all their other dark secrets/fractions of the village), and just how selfless he is. Don't get me wrong, I understand his shortcomings and acknowledge how irregardless of his intentions, his approach in handling Konoha/his family/Sasuke was less than ideal. Plus, he just seemed to be a really cool guy. His beautiful, long, silky hair helps, too
