Sasuke's ST is superior for outright combat, but is lacking in great utility, hence the reason FTG/Kamui may be better in one case than another. Overall, Kaguya's s/t is the greatest, but each one has different uses and can call for different situations.

Combat: Amenotejikara and Yomotsu Hirasaka
Utility: FTG and Kamui, with FTG being slightly superior.
Convenience: Kamui, by far and wide.

Yomotsu Hirasaka is definitely OP (it blitzed Sasuke and pressured Naruto) but DMS Kakash's long range Kamui negged it.

Kamui was also said to be better than Hiraishin from Minato's own admission, and that was when Minato saw only 15 yrs old Obito's Kamui version, without even knowing that the phasing ability was Kamui.
