Nagato resurrected the villagers after destroying it and pretty much killing ever body.

Yamato rebuilt the village after it was destroyed. As far as I can tell, he was pretty much used as a source of free lumber.

Itachi prevented a civil war and Nagato was a turned terrorist. What they did were simply notable achievements. They did not contribute shit.

Tsunade suggest that med ninja be placed on every squad to increase the survival rate. When she became Hokage, it was later implemented,

Danzou founded the ANBU division Root to handle the villages "dirty work".

Tobimara created laws for shinobi and build foundations to protect Konoha such as the Ninja Academy, Chuunin Exams, and ANBU.

Hashirama and Madara were the founders of Konoha.

Senju Bros. & Madara, though they were the founders but they truly shaped a concept into reality...

3rd also contributed in making it vulnerable...

Legendary Sannins & Minato won wars for Konoha...

Elite Jonins in the time of 3rd, they contributed a lot as Konoha was going through a vulnerable phase...

Danzo and his dirty work, kept Konoha strong at it's foundation...

Hashirama - Created the Village and System, Stopped Madara (His Best Friend) from destroying the Village in a battle to the death where he allegedly killed him for the sake of Konoha

Tobirama - Created the Three Man Cell, Kept the Uchiha in Check, Invented many Jutsu and was one of the main contributors to defeating Juubito

Hiruzen - Stopped Orochimaru from destroying the Village and sacrificed his life to Stop him

Minato - Stopped the Nine Tails attack, defeated the Mask Man and Sacrificed his life to stop save the Village and his child. One of the main contributors to defeating Juubito Plus he solo'd an entire Army by himself.

Kakashi - One of the Main Reasons Kaguya was defeated, Kept the Peace and sacrificed. his life so that Konoha could find a way to beat Pain.

Naruto - Saved the world from Kaguya, Juubito, Sasuke and Toneri. Saved the Village from Pain and turned a lot of the Bad guys to Good Guys.

Itachi - Sacraficed everything (Family, Happiness and Honor) so that Konoha would be safe and wouldn't have to go through War and he slaughtered everybody close to him and traumatized the Person he cared for the most.
