[Discussion] Parasyte - Tamura Reiko Opinions? (Spoilers)

So after episode 18, I was really curious as to what other people thought about her character overall.

I felt like the anime did a good job with transforming her from a heartless monster to almost human, but I think they could've focused more on her interactions with her baby. One episode we see her bordering on child abuse and all of a sudden she's a loving mother? They should have made the progression more natural

Overall though she's badass. Opinions?

Haven't seen ep 18 yet, but I like her.

For me she was the best female character of the series so far.

She is one of the best character in the manga. I haven't caught up with the anime:-

But her decision not to fight the police and dying to save her baby was one of the best moments of the manga.

She had great character development throughout the manga.

For me she was the best female character of the series so far.

She's probably one of my favorite female characters from this SEASON so far. Other than Kaori from Shigatsu maybe Artemis from Maria the Virgin Witch. Most of the other girls lack personality.

I was laughing so much (and kept playing it back just so i could laugh again) when she split and the lower half of her face with the teeth and hair ran past that couple laughing like a crazy woman. Lmao that part (and the couple) made my day heh hehe

The progression was natural. In between that, we saw her breast-feeding her child & showing love. The anime is amazing, I can't say if it stays true to the manga but the OST's are amazing. LOL @ uragami wanking off to the girl. The ending is beautiful

I was so surprised they actually showed that in the anime... They cut out the part where Migi turned into Shinichi's... thingy... So I was expecting for there to be little to none... innuendos... (damn this was an awkward sentence to type)...
