That's only if he has Rikudo chakra. Plus, with DMS, Obito was still struggling even though he had both that and Sakura's chakra.

PS Chidori or repeated PS slashes absolutely demolishes gudoudama. Onmyoudon won't negate. From there, repeated use of Amenotejikara slices him up and Sasuke rips his soul out with Human Path or paralyzes his body (cut in half) with a Rikudou Chidori and seals him in a Chibaku Tensei.
