He wont kno its coming , all they have to do is thrust their palms together and hanzo is sent flying before he knew he was hit , the thrust is described as ultra fast which is cemented by the hyuga's ultra fast striking speed along with the shockwave it generates.

even if he starts w/o Ibuse, the first air palm will rupture/disturb his venom sac. the either hyuuga run & forfeit or die.

Neji will use air palm because of the explosive tag jutsu, the scythe range & the possible ka'tons.

hanzos shunshin is bad news 4 hinata, who has no body blow tech

chakra doesn't effect poison, nor does the cloak create an airtight barrier.

Hanzo wins rather easily IMO since the air they'll be inhaling will be poisonous.

Close combat is trickier if he's an elder so maybe they could pull off a win if the fight starts at close quarters but not close to the point where they'll breathe in the poison.
