Oh yea, I can agree with that. I would have loved to have seen Shisui become friends with Naruto :|

Most people are talking about itachi , sasuke , madara , kaguya or some other visual prowess user But i think that :

1. Itachi ( my favorite character ) is neither under or over. He is powerful and one of the strongest of NV but I'm not gonna say something stupid like he can beat Hagoromo or Madara (Jinchuuriki). But this much is true that he can be good enough to get some praise from his opponents Lol

2. Madara is Super strong. Easily Top 4 or 5 ( although it depends on the person u ask ).

3. Sasuke ( Again ) is really powerful n (again) top 4 or 5 ( again depends upeon the person u ask )

4. Kaguya : No comments

Last, I dont hate Sakura but m not a fan either but I like that she's come a long way n has gotten stronger since her days as a genin.
