3rd Raikage has insane durability, Tanked FRS, good speed, dodged FRS twice, DC, Pierced his own body, which frs failed to do also he one shottted hachibi with nukite, stamina, fought 10k shinobi for 3 nights, only chance for team 2 iz GKF, but it's still debatable

Er yes. Multiple ways to beat him.

1. Replicate Narutos feat, by redirecting hell stab into his own chest, via rasengan.
2. Toad genjutsu. Then kill him with Goemon while he's incapacitated and his lightning cloak is down.
3. Seal him away via gourd toad or 4 symbols seal

Best and easiest method is via sealing jutsu. There's no Intel, so will essentially play out like Ay vs Minato. Minato scatters his kunai, 3rd Raikage goes lightning chakra mode and charges at Minato with 4 finger stab or punch, Minato reacts and throws kunai in blind spot, Minato then slashes from behind via kunai (while simultaneously marking the third Raikage). Minatos kunai doesn't penetrate his armor, so Minato tries a rasengan, and teleports directly to Raikage. Which knocks him down, but then Raikage immediately gets up. Barrages him with multiple rasengan, but Raikage withstands them all, so Minato changes his tactic.

With Raikage marked, Minato summons Gamabunta and uses food cart destroyer or uses FTG to drop him directly on top of the Raikage. Bunta holds him down, plus Raikage isn't gonna be getting up anytime soon after such weight is dropped on him (if Bunta can hold down kurama, then he can hold down third Raikage). While he's restrained, it makes it easier for Minato to perform the 4 symbols seal, and seal him within a scroll, or small toad or whatever. Or Minato locks him away within a gourd toad prison and lets him burn in acid.

Raikages Amber sealing pot is a non factor, Minatos so fast, he'll separate it from Raiakge and even use it against him.

Naruto only got knowledge of Raikage and 8 tails fight. He wasn't actually told the raikages weakness. Naruto spotted he had a weakness by looking at his scar, so he knew something must have caused it. Naruto being the idiot he is figured it out with little info. Minato is much smarter than he is, considering he figured out kamui on his own, in a single chapter. Something Kakashi, guy,bee and Naruto took several chapters to do. So i don't see why Minato can't on his own. But anyway, that's just one possibility.

Gama Hyoro is just a toad summoning. Those who can summon Bunta can summon all toads of mount myoboku. At the summoners command, you can enter and exit the barrier in an instant. The fact that Minato can summon Gerotora (the rarest of the toads of myoboku, shows how skilled he is in toad Summonings) and the strength and skill of his food cart destroyer also displays his toad summoning skill. Again, this is just another possibility.

Toad Genjutsu + Goemon is also another possibility of defeating 3rd Raikage.

4 symbols seal solos 3rd Raikage, considering it can be used against pretty much any target, and the target can be sealed with a human or an object. So Minato has plenty options to defeat him, if his regular FTG + Rasengan combo fails.

Tobirama not enough feat/ability, so difficult say. He struggle with sandaime raikage. Edo tensei not enough for sandaime.

I think it was said Tobirama can do GKF while alive but it's basically a Suicide move where he blows himself up because he can't regenerate.

Minato can use RDS but he dies afterwards and Tobirama can go Bin Laden on the Raikage.
