Think about it

Shiki is nicknamed "Gold Lion Shiki"

and a lion is generally seen and accepted as King of the Beast, same as Kaido epithet

What other man would fight WB for territory? Obs Shiki.

That begs the Q, how can such an infamour pirate hide himself as "Kaidou". Well, Doffy was much more well known as Joker in the underworld, and this also shows another connection between Doffy and Kaido. The usage of different names

I think it is probable but then again a major argument against me is tht Shiki looks nothing like Kaido from the scans

though this can change, as seen when the Shickibukai initially looked like this
You must be registered for see images
but they now look like this

Anyway, what do u guys think?

I was thinking of that earlier, it'd be a pretty cool twist. But, I don't see why he'd change his name to Kaido.

Shiki that fought Rogers>>>>>Kaidou

It can't be him, Shiki's not a beast nor in any circumstances was he hinted as one.

His ephithet was gold lion, Kaidou is "the beast."

Side note: the yonkou's are a silhouette of the real deal, shanks and Whitebeard's turned out to be the real deal.
Same can be assumed for the other two.

The shichibukai shadow image could be the very first warlords.

Actually, Big Mom's actual appearance came out kind of different than hers.

I would be 100% cool with that.

Buuuuut I don't think that's Oda Pda has planned.
There's a scan that tells us Kaidos crew is an army of Zoans. Shiki already had a DF and not a single Zoan in his crew.

Well, it was said Kaido created his army of 500 Zoans after dealing with Doflamingo, which apparently started 4 years ago. So, Shiki not having them in the flashbacks but being Kaido now isn't really negated by that.

Kaido is the Worlds Strongest Creature. It would make no sense for Shiki to be called WSC since he is human and not a Zoan.

Could be that Whitebeard was the strongest man, not the strongest creature.
What?? Shiki is a man as well, so he would be called WSM and not WSC if he was Kaido, which he is very obviously not.

Man as in human. You know, mankind. As in, of mankind Whitebeard was the strongest. Now he's dead, and Kaido is strongest, but not just of man, of all creatures.

You do realize the OP is saying that Kaido is Shiki, right? Since Shiki is human, why not just call him WSM, like Whitebeard was called, instead of WSC?

Because Whitebeard was the World's Strongest Man, as in of all humans he was the strongest.

If Shiki is Kaido, then Shiki became so much stronger than Whitebeard, he is now hailed as the strongest creature. He's not just the strongest out of all humans, like Whitebeard, but of all creatures.

Don't get me wrong, it sounds ridiculous to me too, but it's not in the realm of impossibility.

Nah, it's in the realm of impossibility. Oda was watching over the production of Strong World, so he wouldn't have allowed for Shiki get defeated there by Pre-TS Luffy and then have Post-TS Luffy team up with Law in order to take down Shiki again. Even though the movie is non-canon, Oda still wouldn't have allowed for Shiki to be the villain if Shiki really was Kaido.
