Using Roleplay Describe where you Character Comes from. We shall begin from there. Tasuke sits upon the rock in front of that small group of trees to the right of the picture. The sign on the left hand side is Mid-Range away from his position if you need to know (Don't have to come from there). The big structure all the way to the back is 100+ meters away.

Shinjiru journeys from Iwagakure, looking comically exhausted. He searches for food, and water looking as if he's starving. He regrets taking that stupid mission to go to the dessert from Hazama. Sunagakure, far out in the middle of nowhere. But, truth be told, Shinjiru enjoyed some solidarity. Especially after being in one of the most busy villages in the Ninja World. This was a much needed break. Besides, the heat was sort of refreshing. Interrupting his thoughts however, he sees something in the distance however, and begins a light jog towards it. It appears to be a sign, and Shinjiru becomes elated upon seeing it. Suddenly however, he notices a shadow near him, and triangulates it to on a rock, slightly near his position. He takes position in a relaxed pose, and sighs a little.

Tasuke looks up, he was sharpening an Arrow whilst sitting upon this rock. He had been here for a while and this is the first person he'd seen around here, he didn't know whether to be glad or not. He smiled to the man near the sign;

"Just a Traveller. And you?" He didn't want him to know his identity, this man could be anyone and if he heard is real name, could become his enemy in an instant. Tasuke placed his left hand gently on his bow rested against the rock, his right hand was still around the arrow.

Tasuke looks up, he was sharpening an Arrow whilst sitting upon this rock. He had been here for a while and this is the first person he'd seen around here, he didn't know whether to be glad or not. He smiled to the man near the sign;

"Just a Traveller. And you?" He didn't want him to know his identity, this man could be anyone and if he heard is real name, could become his enemy in an instant. Tasuke placed his left hand gently on his bow rested against the rock, his right hand was still around the arrow.

Shinjiru's hand would wander to rest upon the sword he has. The sword rests at his right side, and us plainly undecorated. The gesture isn't overtly confrontational, although it implies that Shinjiru would not be afraid to defend himself if required. With his other hand, he proudly points to an Iwagakure forehead protector wrapped around his arm. This signifies his status as a shinobi of Iwagakure.
This individual had a strength about him. That bow..he looked like he knew how to use it. A single bead of perspiration runs down Shinjiru's back as he replies to the man atop the rock.

"A shinobi of the great ninja village, Iwagakure! But you can call me Shinjiru Uchiha. However, you have me at a disadvantage."

An Uchiha? How interesting. Tasuke's smiled turned into a smirk, a shinobi of Iwagakure wasn't so bad, he probably wouldn't know his name if he spoke it, but didn't in case. Tasuke wore nothing that indicated his Status or involvement with sunagakure and wouldn't mention it either.

"A Disadvantage? What makes you say that."

He noticed the Uchiha's hand go to his sword, but thought it normal and didn't judge him negatively by it.

An Uchiha? How interesting. Tasuke's smiled turned into a smirk, a shinobi of Iwagakure wasn't so bad, he probably wouldn't know his name if he spoke it, but didn't in case. Tasuke wore nothing that indicated his Status or involvement with sunagakure and wouldn't mention it either.

Shinjiru distractedly runs his hand through his hair as he speaks. As he does so, he would seem to glance downwards for an instant. When he glances up again his eyes are closed. But as they open, they reveal a deep crimson color, along with a single tomoe. Shinjiru wanted to be ready just in case, and could see the chakra of his opponent. Calm and tranquil for the moment.

"Well, it's just that, you have my name but I don't have yours ._."

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

The Uchiha was right, it would be rude to not return the favour and so told it - even if he was hesitant about it. Tasuke wasn't going to start being rude today.

Something about this guy was putting Shinjiru on edge. They were close to Sunagakure at the moment, it might be wise to test this guy a little.

"Tasuke...a good name. I'm here on business for the Tsuchikage, do you happen to know the direction of Sunagakure?"

A smirk would appear upon Shinjiru's face as he replies.

"My business, happens to be none of your own."

"Very clever. You won't get the answer you seek from me then." Tasuke looked at him, observed his every movement from now on. The sneaky bastard had already activated his Sharingan, Tasuke didn't remember when or didn't realise until now.

Shinjiru would slowly draw a segment of his sword from its sheathe. The meaning of course being obvious.

Tasuke slowly picks up his bow with his left hand and slides off the rock he's sitting on so both feet are planted on the grass. He stands up straight and keeps his eyes on Shinjiru. He holds the bow now, but it's down by his side - the arrow still in his other hand.

Tasuke slowly picks up his bow with his left hand and slides off the rock he's sitting on so both feet are planted on the grass. He stands up straight and keeps his eyes on Shinjiru. He holds the bow now, but it's down by his side - the arrow still in his other hand.

Shinjiru would sigh slightly and fully draw his sword, pointing the tip at Tasuke. He grasps the blade with his right hand, and suspends the blade in a loose stance. Right foot slightly in front of the left, and his left hand hanging loosely by his side. His crimson eyes would glance upwards, staring at Tasuke. Each eye filled with a hard determination and strong will power.

"I didn't want it to come to this Tasuke. You're a good man. If you come quietly, this won't hurt."

Shinjiru would sigh slightly and fully draw his sword, pointing the tip at Tasuke. He grasps the blade with his right hand, and suspends the blade in a loose stance. Right foot slightly in front of the left, and his left hand hanging loosely by his side. His crimson eyes would glance upwards, staring at Tasuke. Each eye filled with a hard determination and strong will power.

"I didn't want it to come to this Tasuke. You're a good man. If you come quietly, this won't hurt."

Tasuke brings his bow up and knocks the arrow, he then draws it back and aims it at his new adversary. He smiles, no, he grins again before releasing the arrow so that it passes over his right arm and hits his shoulder.

"I've never been good at quiet."

As the arrow approaches his shoulder, the blade of his katana would be angled to intercept it. Even before the arrow hits his blade, Shinjiru has moved. As he runs, moving as fast as he can, the arrow would be deflected off the blade of his sword.
He continues to run vertically up the stone statue as he reaches it. Through precise chakra control, he is able to run up the solid surface with great ease. As he reaches Tasuke's position however, he would attempt to deliver an upwards vertical slash upon Tasuke's chest and upper body. The blow is shallow however, and shouldn't do too much damage if it connects. Shinjiru wants him alive after all.

"Trust me, after this fight you won't have to be good at quiet. I'll silence you permanently!"

Description: The user will focus their fuuton chakra into the air at any location on the battlefield (within mid-range) to create an almost invisible hand of tangible air (slight greenish hue) fully equipped with nimble fingers. The creation of the hand(s) will generate slight sounds of moving air. Unlike most stealth techniques, this one's usage lies primarily in the art of pickpocketing and thievery. The light weight nature of the fingers allows them to retrieve items, delve into pockets, open ninja pouches and so on with only very slight disturbances. In certain weather conditions (e.g. rainy, snowy), it becomes even more difficult to detect these disturbances. In the same way, if concealed correctly the user can also plant items on their designated target through the use of this technique, however planting heavier items means they run a higher risk of getting caught. To plant items, the user must create the hand near the location of the item they intend to plant on the opponent and stealthily maneuver it towards the target, ideally with the use of some sort of cover (e.g. grass or vegetation). The greenish hue of the air (Similar to Danzo's Vacuum Blade) serves to make the hand of air easy to camouflage in grass, leaves and bushes, rendering it near-impossible to see for non-doijutsu users in such conditions. Alternatively, the user can create an additional hand to aid with slightly more complex tasks which require the use of two hands such as removing certain types of jewellery (necklaces) or tying/untying knots.

As Shinjiru was about to deflect the arrow, he would be struck by an arrow. He'd notice the small hand push his sword out of its intended path. He'd allow himself to be struck by the kunai, and remove the arrow from his flesh, a small Grimace forming on his face as he removes it. Of course it's a simple flesh wound. Even then, Shinjiru would focus medical chakra all over his body and envelop himself in a blue mass of healing chakra for his body. His wound starts to heal itself, the tissue slowly knitting itself back together. The medical chakra would also boost his strength and vitality as he approaches Short Range to Tasuke.
Shinjiru would then switch his sword to his left hand, and again attempt to deliver a downwards vertical slash. Being in such close proximity, an arrow would not be wise for Tasuke.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Iryō Mōdo ) Medical Technique: Medical Mode

Description: This mode envelops the user in a flowing blue chakra and allows them to constantly heal themselves in the midst of battle while at the same time boosting their stamina and vitality as it replenishes their strength and health. The limitation of the technique in terms of healing is its low speed and inability to heal complex injuries (complex fractures, lost body parts, etc), though it can easily heal superficial and medium injuries in a quick fashion. Over time, this mode consumes the user's chakra until it finally wears off by itself. The technique lasts for three turns before deactivation.

Tasuke's right hand went behind his back and his left was guarding his face, when Shinjiru raised his left and came down to slash him, Tasuke leaped forward and stuck his left hand up to connect with Shinjiru's left wrist and grab it. Tasuke turned so that his back was facing the Uchiha in one swift motion with the grab, the right hand that was behind him actually grabbed a kunai from his pouch and as he grabbed his opponent's hand to stop him from slashing, he spun and stabbed him in the right side of his abdomen - it was ever so graceful. Following up the stab he thrusted his head backwards to connect with Shinjiru's nose and maybe make him a little dizzy probably z-z

Tasuke's left hand then slides up Shinjiru's wrist and takes the sword from his hand (grip would probably be weak after the hits). With the sword now in Tasuke's left hand, he spins clockwise and slashes diagonally upwards across his opponent's torso.

"Heal that!" Tasuke jumps back so that he's a couple of meters away, holding his opponent's sword out to the left.

Tasuke's left hand then slides up Shinjiru's wrist and takes the sword from his hand (grip would probably be weak after the hits). With the sword now in Tasuke's left hand, he spins clockwise and slashes diagonally upwards across his opponent's torso.

"Heal that!" Tasuke jumps back so that he's a couple of meters away, holding his opponent's sword out to the left.

As Shinjiru was about to swing, he would notice Tasuke poised and ready to counter. Tasuke gets rid of his bow, and prepares to grab his sword hand. In preparation, Shinjiru would quickly utilize a quick surge of wind chakra. Thus, Shinjiru would now be enveloped in a powerful mixture of spiralling winds, and medical chakra. The winds themselves would do no damage of course. However, they make Shinjiru much lighter and more fluid with his movements. This allows him to quickly pivot to the left, around Tasuke so that tasuke's outreached wrist is open, and that Tasuke misses Shinjiru's hand completely. Then, Shinjiru would quickly throw his sword about five meters to the right, towards the huge statue.

Description: Heaven's song is considered the basic form of the Graceful Fist. The user will gather a large sum of fuuton chakra towards every point of their body and release it forward to create a semi-transparent white aura around the users body (finger tips, limbs, stomach area, etc.). When releasing this style the users take up the properties of fuuton chakra that corresponds with Graceful fist. The user will feel much lighter and fluid when using the style, especially in hand to hand combat where the user will be able to react with ease. This is because Graceful fist allows the user to watch the opponents every move with high level of clarity, this allows the user to counter an opponents attack in hand to hand combat. Due to being much lighter with the wind chakra around their body the user will be able to leap further and move around quicker. The user will also obtain a higher attack potency in battle. The user, whenever they deliver a attack towards the opponent it will cause serious sharp cutting pain because of the attributes the fighting style takes up. The sharp pain is precise and accurate furthermore since the user has high knowledge of the human body, knowing where every muscle and ligament are located they can use this cutting property to cut the muscles because of the sharpness this fighting style grants towards the user. This means the user can rip a muscle of the opponents biceps for example and completely render that arm useless or move with serious pain.

Thus, Shinjiru would then focus more wind chakra to his hands, making them extremely sharp. Using his right hand, he would then deliver a quick chopping motion towards Tasuke's outstretched hand, and sever the wound of the hand, located around his wrist. At the same time, his left hand would move towards Tasuke's left hand (which is near his face), and sever his other wound of the hand. Since Tasuke's hands are in such impractical locations, they would be easily located and severed. The offensive does not stop there, and Shinjiru would easily then slide his hands up, and sever the wounds of the lower arms, and then moving his hands up again to slice the wounds of the upper arms. By the end, handseals are made impossible for Tasuke and his arms are useless.

"Now then, give me the location of your village, and I will restore to you the use of your arms. If you don't give it to me, I'll take your eyes next."

Yūgana Ken: Kenwo Houki Shimasu | Graceful Fist: Relinquishing the Sword

Description: A efficient and fast pace combo attack, the user will take a basic stance and channel fuuton chakra towards each of their hands increasing its cutting proficiency and accuracy. The user will first start off with aiming towards the wound of the opponents hand, severing it, and in quick succession the user will use their other hand to severe the wound of the other hand of the opponent. After severing that wound, the user will lift both their hands and slice the wound of the lower arm, this for each arm, done one after the other, similar to how the user severed the wounds of the opponents hand. Then with the same exact pattern but this time lifting their hands higher, they will severe the wounds of the upper arm located slightly under the shoulder, slicing the wounds one after the other. Due to the accuracy of each slice delivered, the user will be sure to slice only the wounds, basically leaving deep cuts (three on each arm) that will begin to spill blood slowly (though not something that will kill them). Due to having all the wounds of the opponents arms severed they will be completely rendered useless (the opponents arms). This means using hand seals or wielding weapons with the use of their hands would be impossible.
