Juubi Jin Nagato would be somewhere in between Madara and Juubito.
Madara's raw power and overall superior skill defeats Nagato. Juubito is more skilled
than Nagato, but versatile usage of the rinnegan will allow Nagato to absorb juubidamas.
Nagato can counter Juubito well with his own juubi jin powers and while Obito might have the
upper hand in direct combat, Nagato's usage of the rinnegan enhanced by the juubi would more than
make up for his lack of skill. Asura path + Chakra arms crushes. Deva path would keep on knocking Juubito
back. And Nagato can actually take out Juubito's soul while Juubito lacks a real method to kill Nagato.

wow there is some serious underrating going on here. juubi jin nagato would be leagues above obito and would curb stomp naruto and seasick 1v1. his legs would be healed up thanks to being a gabby jin so he'd regain his mobility and would now be able to use all the moves of the 6th paths that he'd mastered without any hindrances. without being able to move he solo'd naruto and bee and could use 2 paths at once.

Nagato absorbs all of naruto and sasukes jutsu spams which is their entire arsenal and being deprived of rasenshuriken and its variants makes naruto useless and depriving sasuke of his chidori, amaterasu spam and maybe even susanoo depending if asura path can absorb susano makes sasuke sakura level.

Only Nagato can use Rinnegan at its fullest, he raise with it and use it more time compare to Obito and Madara. But current sasuke may negs.

Well madara is the original wielder of his own eye and it's already been stated that the eyes are at their strongest with their original wielder so it wouldn't even make sense for madara not to since their HIS eyes to begin with. Though nagato has had more time and experience to master. But only madara can truly master it, though this does not mean nagato isn't strong with it in his own right.

You do realize Toneri split the Moon, Has telekinesis, A Chakra Mode and was causing the Moon to crash down on earth. That puts him above Juubito.

The Toneri wank is real, the juubi at stage three was capable of destroying entire nations at full power. And it could itself take that power head on. I don't think people understand just how small the moon is compared to the earth...if they did then they'd realize that what toneri did isn't even that impressive when a juubi Jin tanks what toneri did on while casually sipping on kool-aid. Toneri got destroyed by a BM Naruto, at least juubito was taken out with much more difficulty, toneri is nowhere near juubito's level, the only hype toneri has is moon bustng and it wasn't even moon bustin, all he did was split the moon in half, a feat that if again you knew how large the earth is compared to the moon isn't that impressive. Juubi casually busts moon sized civilizations for sport at stage two heck maybe even stage one judging by the damage radius of those beams. Toneri will never be juubi level.

Above Juubito, but not by much. He'll literally have everything Juubito had access to, and he'd also have his souped up Rinnegan Techniques. Nowhere near Madara's level of course, but it still puts him above Obito, in combination with everything the Juubi has to offer.
