Just felt like making this thread since I've seen some talk still floating around regarding the advantages each fighter had in the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. Anyways, neither had an advantage.

Edited this point out. It was stupid and needlessly complicated the idea I wanted to get across.

So, basically, as Hagoromo stated Naruto and Sasuke were equal at the time of the fight, this is about the math. Sorry, don't have time to make this thread pretty, nor do I care enough.

Sasuke + EMS + Rinnegan + .5 Kyuubi + 8 Bijuu = Naruto + .5 Kyuubi + Rikudo Sage Mode + Bijuu chakra + Senjutsu

Essentially, Sasuke equals Naruto, EMS equals .5 Kyuubi, Rinnegan equals RSM, and 8.5 Bijuu equals Senjutsu with the advantage off set by the rest of the Bijuu chakra Naruto had left. No fighter had an appreciable advantage and if they did it was negligible enough not to interfere with the outcome of the fight.

If you want to assume that Senjutsu is far less advantageous than Bijuu chakra, there's just not enough evidence that this is the case. Every time they've clashed has proven to be the equalizer against the force of a Bijuu in all fights we've seen between transmigrants.

If your thought is that killing intent played a crucial role in the outcome, don't bother, that's not what this thread is about.

Naruto was stronger than Sasuke. There is no "advantage or disadvantage". There is simply if you are stronger or weaker. Naruto was stronger hence why he was able to make the fight into a tie, without bothering to kill uchiha-boy

Senjutsu is not greater than Kyuubi, unless you're assuming Madara's Iso Susanoo was greater than Hashirama's Mokuton. Shinsuusenju was destroyed, if it outright demolished Susanoo and incapacitated Kyuubi, while still standing, I'd agree. Though the point of the thread is that Senjutsu is deeply underrated when used by people with monstrous chakra reserves like Naruto and Hashirama. I didn't feel the need to go into the nitty gritty regarding it. Going back to part 1, every time Senjutsu and Bijuu chakra have clashed in the manga with users roughly on par, they have cancelled each other out.

Naruto was able to take advantage of his Bijuu Chakra to gather massive amounts of Sage Chakra. I really can't think of it as being as simple as "Senjutsu = Bijuu"... compare Sage Mode to Bijuu Mode, and it's clear that Naruto's baseline Senjutsu is inferior to Bijuu chakra. However, with Bijuu-augmented chakra reserves, Senjutsu's effectiveness increases.

Considering the fact that Senjutsu is basicly a power multiplier, it really depends on a user.

SM hashirama would spank any bijuu with the easiest of difficulties
Whereas SM naruto or SM Jiraiya get pasted by a single TBB

The thought is simple as when you get down to it, it's very simple. Yes, it does depend on the user, didn't really care to go too deep into it as in this particular case it's unimportant as we know and have seen them clash at varying levels and cancelled each other out. After Susanoo Chidori cancelled RSM TBB, the next clash between Indra's Arrow and the two Bijuu sized Rasenshuriken also cancelling out is enough proof that the Bijuu were roughly equal to the Senjutsu chakra Kurama gathered. As far as the example regarding Madara and Hashirama, I consider them roughly on par with Naruto and Sasuke minus RSM and Rinnegan at the time of their fight (though Sasuke is stronger than Madara), so I felt the example fit.

It´s depend what kind of senjutsu:
Naruto frog senjtsu is weaker, than Hashirama wood sage jutsu.
Naruto needed to take control of Kurama chakra to get stronger.

Kyuubi does not equal right bijuus combined, all right bijuus would thrash of full kurama.

The juubi was revived incomplete only containing only seven bijuus.

if adding powerups like you are doing = a logical way of comparing powers, juubidara would have fodderized naruto w/o even absorbing the shinjuu since he had SM, yang kurama and the 9 complete bijuu + the rinnegan, yet pretty much the opposite was the case.

Damn, I completely forgot this shit. Though Juubi is likely more powerful combined than the Bijuu due to Senjutsu.

The thing is that senjustu exist because all the bijuus chakra are combined.

The kyuubi is physically stronger than the rest of the bijuus.

But he's as powerful as two bijuus (the Hachibi is like one in a half).

All bijuus have unlimited supply of energy, they pretty much last the same.

The only problem is the inconsistency about a wild bijuu's control of power, perfect jinchuuriki, and a bijuu handing another bijuu/host power usually throw the whole scale off.

Being able to suppress a bijuus chakra doesn't mean you are stronger than the bijuu.

Mito's chakra can tame the kyuubi too
