The pacing in this episode is slow especially some unessceary scene with the Scorpian. I do enjoyed the food fight, I find it somewhat hilarious especially that fat sweat guy was ridiculously gross, anyway I do like the fact that they are trying to attempt to showcase and give more insight to these newly intoduced genin every villages especially Fuu, I find her adorable, and she's standout to be like Luffy more than Naruto in my Opinion. Temari went ham with that suicidal prick and Neji in this episode was... Boss as usual.

the fat guy scene was gross. i guess he'll end up fighting choji Lol
fuu is somewhat annoying and childish

the best parts about these fillers happen when intel on akatsuki is involved. i dont even care about gaaras enemies

it seems like every second episode is bad in this filler arc. next week's episode should be good. Seems like Gaara might be fighting someone? They're trying to develop Fuu as a character, I can see her being popular with the Japanese crowd, but I find her annoying being from the west. 2/5.

oh ya and the first scene of the episode was actually pretty good. Then it all went downhill. I keep wondering how are they going to justify Ino and Tenten being chunnin after this.

what i personally noticed from the past few episodes:

-Fu and her Team are most likely #1 especially with her jonin assistants

-Sand Team is good, Gaara's pupil and the guy who impressed Lee

-Grass team leader(guy with the stupid hair) easily beat quite a few members

-Rain Ninja(One that looks like Pain's body kicked some ass and may be pain)

-Neji is the "leader" of this ark and is surely to become jonin

I give it a 4. The fuu parts are hit or miss for me, sometimes Fuu is annoying and then sometimes I'm excited to see what she can do. But either way it was a good episode.

Revisiting the Chunnin Exams was kind of nostalgic, and it was nice to get some additional background information. But all that food...wasted!
