Whats there to know thats missing as feats? Manga already made it clear to what it is capable of. Your exaggerating. It works like poison like all venom does. What happens to Naruto characters who get poisoned?

It reacts to Hasirama's DNA and nullifies the characters power on top of it. Theres nothing else we need to know.

DB and manga shows that Mokuton have the users cells in them, which makes sense since Mokuton is the only organic jutsu. It will react to the poison as much.

The missing part is how much of the poison is needed to put down a a certain amount of Mokuton. Can a single white snake or a hidden snake render Buddha or Wood Dragon useless? Can even Manda do that (still talking aboue poison alone)? All we saw was Kabuto constantly pouring poison into Yamato's blood circuit - which is not enough to make assumptions on Oro using the same poison to fight things hundreds of times stronger.

Except strength doesn't counter immunity. If me and the worlds strongest man were to touch a poison dart frog, would he survive while I died? Theres no assumption in anything. Poison reacts to cells and takes process, thats it.
