How OP is this Water Release jutsu?

The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then hooking onto and rotating the 'mirror' 90° with their staff, the reflections emerge and materialise from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same technique as their counterpart — regardless of its type — they counter the attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse into water.

Can this really be used to counter a technique like juubidama or bijuudama rasenshuriken? Truth-Seeking Balls? Perhaps even Indra's Arrow? Limbo: Hengoku???

Man, if only Yagura was confirmed to be a perfect jin, I'd fanboy him along with Mei and the 2nd Mizukage as well. Skol Mizukages

Yes this water justsu is very formidable
However attacks like TBB will completely neutralize it after all its just water based
Since limbo is unseen it cant be reflected

Take for example Deidara and Kakuzu Earth based justu are useless before Raiton

Maybe it can replicate any attack. Catch is, if there's a TBB, a clash of 2 of them will make an explosion, killing the user anyway. It's probably best for small-scale jutsus.

- He said maybe, so perhaps he was a little uncertain about his status as one.
- If he was a perfect jin, then Obito wouldn't have been able to control him with genjutsu

That term is really vague. For them (normal fodders) "perfect" means zero side effects. But really a perfect jin is someone who can tame bijuu without help and who can use the full extent of bijuu powers. Yagura only showed a very weak version of bijuu transformation and died against the weakest Akatsuki members. MS Sasuke would eat her for breakfast.

Because Naruto has his Bijuu's chakra, shouldn't he theoretically be able to use that as well?
