When the hell is it suppose to be released? I haven't been this excited for Lil Wayne's album debut since The Carter IV.
I heard it was suppose to drop a while ago but kept getting pushed back, anyone know?

It was supposed to be released a few months ago, but Birdman is holding him hostage and not allowing him to release it. So Wayne is suing him for like 50 million and demanding for Cash Money to nullify his contract as well as his Young Money artists. He just dropped Sorry For the Wait 2, which was straight.

Lil Wayne has been having issues with Cash Money lately so his album has been pushed back numerous times, he even put out another Sorry For The Wait. I used to really like Weezy but I don't think his album is something to be hyped about at this point really.

I have both 1 and 2, honestly, Southsiders by Atmosphere, Under Pressure by Logic and maybe Lord Steppington by The Step Brothers were the best IMO.

SFTW2 was fulla Cash Money/Birdman sneak disses (and blatant disses)
but it still went in tbr

low expectations for C5, chances are the features are gonna save it

Still obsessed with me huh? I don't just post J. Cole shit in this music section. I like tons of music. If you think I'm a stan for J. Cole you clearly don't know or haven't seen many J. Cole fans. Go to a J. Cole concert bruh, you'll see I barely qualify as a Stan Lol.

I am a big fan though. His message reaches me and I feel his movement. Sorry you can't get passionate about music man. :(

Btw, Run The Jewels was good(both parts). Not as good as 2014 FHD but eh, it's about opinion.

I think they were pretty much for the most part blatant. The whole tape concept is pretty much a diss to Birdman. It wasnt usual mixtape Wayne but Wayne had some dope quotables on this tape even though I aint f*ck w/ it overall.

If you compacted Wayne's top levels of punchlines into a verse maybe even all the suburbian kids who don't even be knowin what they talkin bout would stop hatin.

This tape could reflect some of the quality we'll get on C5, cuz this shit had a few dope tracks for me and the rest was shit you can easily skip. First few singles off that C5 was flames but then again dude has a tendency to just...sigh...

Young Thug is to some extent a clone of Wayne but Wayne definitely did some Young Thuggish shit on the tape and that shits wack to me. How you go to the style of the n*gga that pretty much got your style...lol...

ever since Grindin came out I knew he would be utilizing that flow/style Thug has been on lately, and it's weird that he gotta use a style/flow that he coined himself. I was listening to Da Drought 3 and compared it to Thug's early mixtape days and it's like Wayne nursed him straight from his bosom.

i just want more tracks like Fingers Hurtin on C5, that song been on repeat for a while now

Could have fooled me man. You act like there's something wrong with debating music? It's not like I went at dude saying G Eazy was trash and shouldn't even be a rapper. I just offered a better choice in my opinion for best album of 2014. He even said he thought Cole's album dropped 2015, and that ended it. Why did you have to come at me lmao?
