Madara wins, he blocked the rods throwed by BM Naruto's Kyuubi tails so he would block every attack from Jiraiya and Sasuke...
Madara's Taijutsu and Ninjutsu attacks are way better than Jiraiya and Sasuke, and Madara is way more experienced he would beat them with Taijutsu and finish them with Katon attacks.

If both of them combat him in CQC, they lose. Madara blitzed SM Naruto (who by feats is tier faster than Hebi Sasuke and Jiraiya, who has no legitimate speed feats), was combating Tobirama during the Warring Era (Tobirama who has reactions and speed to temporarily keep up with Juubito), and react and block flying BM Naruto. So there is the fact his CQC capabilities are much higher than Hebi Sasuke and Jiraiya; if they ever try to combat him on close range, they die.

Jiraiya's toad summons get one-shotted by Sharingan: Genjutsu, which was capable of one-shotting Kurama. So there is the advantage Madara can use to turn the battle upside down. And before anyone mentions Sasuke cancels it, you're going to make a fool of yourself. 3T Madara's Genjutsu > Hebi Sasuke's Genjutsu. The toad summons end up killing Aoda, and Madara commands them to charge on Jiraiya and Sasuke.

Then finally that neither Jiraiya or Hebi Sasuke can counter Madara's gigantic Katon. Jiraiya's feat with Gamabunta is nowhere near the proportions that Madara created comparable to the size of the Juubi's arm. Hebi Sasuke can barely overpower Itachi with his Katon. None of them have any durability or defense that is capable to prevent themselves getting roasted by the Katons.

Madara has this in a bag.
