Kakashi can't use his main techniques like Kamui, Raikiri and he lacks the overall skill of the Sharingan. He is only a normal Jounin now.

if you don't think gai was superior to kakashi you're crazy. 7th gate is enough to take out kakashi. hell 6th gate is enough. honestly though, i actually have a hard time seeing kakashi beat a base gai. kakashi is said to have 1000 jutsu, but he uses about 5 or 6. from those that he actually uses, i have a hard time seeing how he beats him any day. forget going 8th gate, as that's basically a temporary god mode.

Bigger arsenal is pointless if its not really gonna counter her. His snake attacks seem to be something he used in the past.. and even with those Tsunade was considered superior to him in combat.. so she obviously knows how to fight his arsenal.
