Will of Useless
Hello there NB members, today I’m going to break down Kishimoto’s Will of Useless. Feel free to add traits and personalities that I might have missed. Thank you

• Centralized around a male character
If the female said character is following/talking –about/or has talked about constantly about this “male” character with him not being around (or when he is around, which then makes it worse)

• Stalking another character (Outside of Missions)
If said female character stalks/follows another character in the series, without the person’s knowledge or doing so. In which the female character watches silently over them as a hawk waiting for its prey.

• Catchphrases; -dattabayo, Shannaro, etc
Now I know what you are thinking. “The main character, his son, and his parents have that catch phrase. They aren’t useless” Well when a character uses a catch phrase it usually binds them to a state of never-ending fulfillment in which they will presumably have traits of their forefathers, who have said that catch phrase (usually). Leaving them to be unoriginal, bland, and not surprising in most actions that they will do. However, they will leave a sense of nostalgia, but only if we have seen their ‘forefathers’ act the same way.
Ex. Bolt saying –dattabase
Ex. Salad saying - Shannaro

Sasuke, Nagato, Jiraiya, Naruto, Itachi, Tobi (Not Obito Lol), Madara, and Kakashi are all good characters who aren't alike (varying)

They are similar in terms of their "temper", but Sakura is a carbon copy of Tsunade. Not Kushina.

Nothing about Sakura in Chapter 700 makes me think of her as a mother. She honestly looks like she is babysitting.

What? First, that line really irritated me.
Sasuke will never, ever, EVER, be on the same level of Minato. Minato, however is on a league of his own in terms of being; Kage, Father, and Husband. Please, do not mock his name again by comparing him to Sasuke. Not even Naruto has reached that level of love and care for his own child, and under those circumstances too. I cannot believe such blasphemy.

lol calm down I didn't compare Sasuke to Minato, I only compared Sakura to Kushina. But now that you mentioned it Sasuke really does compare to Minato both in terms of looks and calm and coolness, they are both geniuses and have similar wives.

Two absolutely different characters here. Having one or two similar traits is common in literature. You just need to know how easy it is to depict the real, between the former.

Endles is right about Kushina/Sakura, it was made this way so the red herring would work with the narsak plague but in term of powers, you are right Sakura is just a bad carbon copy of Tsunade.

Exactly. They all have the same temper, but that doesn't make them the same characters. I hate when people use that to justify their similarties, when they are both entirely different.

The new kids are not exactly like their parents, like you said Bolt is more like a cool brat with his expressions and clothing.

Sarada has clear traits from both her parents.
