Talos slammed his hands on the ground creating a pool of water beneath the man that faced him. The pool gushed upwards sending the man airborne as Talos formed another hand seal making bullets of water fire out of the pool, which both hit the man and converge behind him forming into a dragon the slams him back into the ground.

The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

However there was something odd going on, John wasn't falling to the ground, but seemingly lowering in gliding fashion, Talos smirked, there was something about the ease of which John acted that irritated him. Quickly Talos formed 2 handseals while his clone crouched behind him a set aswell. The earth that John would have landed on formed into a swamp with a 5meter radius as he was still airborne, John being at the epicentre of the swamp. At the swame time 4 pillars began to emerge around the swamp once they rose up they let out a blast of lightning shocking anybody inbetween. As soon as they finished their handseals they both ran towards the location of John, the clone in a rightward arch and Talos a leftwards.

The water doesn't just vanish it remains there, and there was a lot of it since your technique is S-rank, the lighting pillars would conduct the water causing a hazard for anyone around it, including you and your clones would dissipate, but I digress. I'll continue as you worded. The water is no more.
As John is soaring towards the ground he hears a crackling of sorts, forcing him in so many words to look down to see lighting pillars emerge from the ground, knowing this could cause trouble to him. He keeps channelling wind chakra into his feet but also sends more wind chakra around the rest of his body allowing him to move at a very fast rate away from the radius of the lighting technique. Due to the soaring he was quite low to the ground about two or three meters above the ground, as he is pushed backwards due to his technique he lands on his feet at a long ranged distance now.
That was pretty basic.
Now standing still he channels the smallest amount of sound chakra into his right index finger of his right hand which is in his right pocket, from that he twitches the finger every so slightly releasing the small amount of sound in the form of a sound wave. This wave is slightly different to most instead of damaging a whole area. it aims for just one and that is Talos eyes, his eyes should start to vibrate at a really fast rate causing his eyes to actually distort.

Erm. I was actually on the ground when I performed the sound technique. So, I'll counter the wind as if I was on the ground.

Watching as the tornadoes are heading towards John, these tornadoes are quite large in size.
Not too bad, but what an easy technique to counter, I think I'll use FIRE release to counter it!
Unknowingly to Talos, John had actually placed him in a genjutsu where Talos sees, John's counter fail and, Talos technique overpowers, John technique doing massive damage, Talos hears John scream in pain and stays in pain, while actually John merely stomped his foot on the ground releasing fire chakra in the form of pillars to raise up in front of him about three meters away from him, countering the wind tornadoes and cancelling each other out. While Talos is still believing John got hit by his technique and his injured on the floor, slowing dying. John merely performs one hand seal and releases a huge amount of water chakra to the left of him, forming a short pillar that will grow over time, and turn into something much more powerful.

Description: Mayakashi is a very tricky illusionary technique that requires precise elemental knowledge. Once the opponent has released a technique towards the user (Ex. Fire Style: Intelligent Hard Work) he will then yell out loud the elemental style that the opponent's technique is weak to and release the "technique" (Ex. In this case it would be Water Style to phase off against Fire Style). It's at this time where the opponent will be placed in an illusion where he sees the user release the elemental weakness to overpower his original attack. However in the illusion the opponent will see his own attack still overpower the user's "Technique" and continue forward, blasting the user away. Upon collision, the opponent will hear screams of pain from the user due to his "injured" state, leading the opponent to believe it is actually real. While in reality the user has either already blocked or defended against the incoming attack catching the opponent completely off guard. Nearing the end of the illusion the opponent will still hear and see the user laying on the ground crying out in pain for two turns, unless the illusion is dealt with.

Description: after performin the neccessary hand seals, the user will spit out chakra infused water. the user will create a huge pillar of water and once it reached its maxmium height, the pillar will explode into a fine cloud of microscopic water bombs.
These tiny bombs will be controlled by user's chakra as they move towards their target. The target will then unknowingly breathe in the cloud. These tiny bombs will then travel throughout the body and detonate, causing microscopic explosions.
This in turn causes the body to disintegrate on a cellular level.

Talos was following in behind his Tornado's keeping a decent distance as to not get caught himself but still stay in pursuit. Suddenly his opponent claims he will use fire to cancel it. Shouting out his plan seemed a bit odd. Through his goggles Talos could roughly tell what was going on, on the other side of the tornadoes which would otherwise obstruct his view in some manner. As his opponent stomped the ground, pillars of fire emerged, blocking the path of the tornadoes. The tornadoes overcame the fire, which was sort of odd but not impossible as his wind technique was a very powerful one. The one thing however which was suspicious was the fact that the tornado didnt interact with his opponent like a tornado would with a human, it didnt carry him off, nor suck him in, but left him on the ground screaming and not dead nor unconscious, when in fact his sensory, an external source of information for talos couldn't pick up on the tornado either.... Nothing was adding up, Talos realized it was possibly a genjutsu of some sort. He deduced this quite quickly.
Talos in an instant decided he couldn't risk injuring himself to break out, but at their current range he could sense his opponent and decided to fight based off that information ignoring the screaming version, trying as best as he could to block out that bit. Talos formed a single handseal causing the earth to erupt right infront of his opponent (1- 2 meters infront of you assuming we are about 6-7 away from each other) as he held the handseal, mud began to spew from the volcano like structure in the form of large waves capable of crushing a person but also making it hard to escape once in contact. The mud was kept away from Talos and the volcano like earth itself blocked john's vision, granting Talos some sort of advantage in a bid to even up the odds.
Talos continued running towards John, using the earth as cover although remaining keen of his surroundings.

Description: Through a single hand seal, the user will send earth-based chakra on an area within short-range, manipulating it to have it erupt upwards to resemble a small volcano head. It has a diameter of about 3 meters, and the height of five meters. Immediately after creation, massive amounts of mud, similar to that found in (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld, is spewed out from the structure created, flowing out with great speed and momentum taking the form of large ten meter waves. It would easily push away anyone within the area of effect. The user can have the mud released outwardly, expanding outwards from the source with a 360 degree scope, or aiming it at a specific area in order to have a stronger effect. An example of the second would be creating the volcano-head and manipulating the mud to spew out towards the opposite side of the battlefield, keeping you safe from harm while attacking the enemy. Alternatively, the user can maintain the handseal and continuously manipulate the movement of the mud to manipulate it to the direction they want to, which would allow them to do a multitude of things like preventing their own technique from harming the user by manipulating the mud away. However, a drawback would be the inability to perform other techniques unless the user is able to use Yin-Yang. Lastly, the damage from this comes from the massive waves of dense mud that would surely crush, as well as suffocate the enemy if left undefended. The technique results in the area targeted to be covered with up to ten meters of mud.

The tornadoes overcame the fire, which was sort of odd but not impossible as his wind technique was a very powerful one. The one thing however which was suspicious was the fact that the tornado didnt interact with his opponent like a tornado would with a human, it didnt carry him off, nor suck him in, but left him on the ground screaming and not dead nor unconscious, when in fact his sensory, an external source of information for talos couldn't pick up on the tornado either.... Nothing was adding up, Talos realized it was possibly a genjutsu of some sort. He deduced this quite quickly.
Talos in an instant decided he couldn't risk injuring himself to break out, but at their current range he could sense his opponent and decided to fight based off that information ignoring the screaming version, trying as best as he could to block out that bit. Talos formed a single handseal causing the earth to erupt right infront of his opponent (1- 2 meters infront of you assuming we are about 6-7 away from each other) as he held the handseal, mud began to spew from the volcano like structure in the form of large waves capable of crushing a person but also making it hard to escape once in contact. The mud was kept away from Talos and the volcano like earth itself blocked john's vision, granting Talos some sort of advantage in a bid to even up the odds.
Talos continued running towards John, using the earth as cover although remaining keen of his surroundings.

Description: Through a single hand seal, the user will send earth-based chakra on an area within short-range, manipulating it to have it erupt upwards to resemble a small volcano head. It has a diameter of about 3 meters, and the height of five meters. Immediately after creation, massive amounts of mud, similar to that found in (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld, is spewed out from the structure created, flowing out with great speed and momentum taking the form of large ten meter waves. It would easily push away anyone within the area of effect. The user can have the mud released outwardly, expanding outwards from the source with a 360 degree scope, or aiming it at a specific area in order to have a stronger effect. An example of the second would be creating the volcano-head and manipulating the mud to spew out towards the opposite side of the battlefield, keeping you safe from harm while attacking the enemy. Alternatively, the user can maintain the handseal and continuously manipulate the movement of the mud to manipulate it to the direction they want to, which would allow them to do a multitude of things like preventing their own technique from harming the user by manipulating the mud away. However, a drawback would be the inability to perform other techniques unless the user is able to use Yin-Yang. Lastly, the damage from this comes from the massive waves of dense mud that would surely crush, as well as suffocate the enemy if left undefended. The technique results in the area targeted to be covered with up to ten meters of mud.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.
They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Watching as something erupts out of the ground, it was a earthen volcano and it started to release a whole lot of mud all towards John's location; as the mud is racing towards his location, and a lot of it. John performs a few hand seals and a huge amount of lighting is then created around his body and once more the lightning forms into a large dragon as the mud falls, the dragon protects John from any harm that the mud may cause. As the dragon is taking care of the mud, he sends some of the dragon to take care of the volcano that is causing the mud to fall destroying the volcano and everything to do with it. John then stops the flow of his chakra from the dragon ceasing it.
Without speaking a word John performs a set of three hand seals and once completing those he moves his hand up creating a water current underneath Talos and as the water emerges from the ground, John keeps controlling the movement of the water with his hands as the water current lifts up Talos and as it does such the current actually creates a orb which traps Talos in not stopping there John moves his hands down in the form of a hammer like motion which in turn makes the current slam into the ground at alarming rate. While this is happening, the water besides John keeps collecting itself.

Description: After a few hands seals the user will summon a huge storm of lightning that will surround ther user and the area around him. its similar to Raiton: Chidori Raimei (Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm but the lightning will form a dragon that will attack the opponent or defend from attacks like taijutsu and earth jutsu.
after the storm of lightning is summoned, the user can use the lightning to power up other attacks or use it for combination moves.

Description: After performing three hand seals, the user heaves a water current upward, where it erupts from the surface as a towering stream of water, underneath the opponent. The user may only move the water by using hand movements that represent the action the water will make. As the water is rising, through hand movements, the user bends the highest point of the stream to take the form of an orb to entrap the opponent. The user can choose to let the target drown, or swing his hands downward making the stream, come down like a hammer, crushing the target against the surface of the ground/water. In the event that the opponent evades the erupting water, the user may still control the stream to crash down upon any location he desires.

As Talos moved forward he kept a close eye on the water that is now rising up beside John, he knew it meant something offensive or possibly supplementary, it wasn't doing anything odd now but he kept it in check. As the mud spewed, his opponent had seemingly found a way to defend against it and from what he could pick up via his sensory on the other side of the volcano like structure something of decent size was headed straight for it. Talos quickly decided a change of plans was in order, biting his thumb Talos formed a set of hand seals, then just after the volcano had been hit and the opponents attack ceased, the mighty snake Manda appeared beside Talos......

Description:
Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

Then with the volcano gone and settled his opponent could see Talos, suddenly Talos who was one edge right now sensed something coming from underground quickly he hopped up slightly drawing his legs in and punched diagonally down to the ground behind him releasing an adaptable hurricane out of the fist propelling him diagonally forward slightly as a pillar of water erupted, with Talos now safe however.
Simultaneous with the whirlwind, Manda had moved to the right slightly and swung his mighty tail at John, who due to Manda's sheer size was literally right before him. This pressure by manda would keep John from doing anything further with the water which appeared right behind Talos now, which he also watch just in case.
