OT: I somewhat agree, logically Itachi using genjutsu on sakura would be unwise, for one she perfect her chakra comtrol. She has something that can disrupt her chakra and her mind is cannoncally divided into two parts, and I whole heartedly believe that if Itachi where to project into her mind, he would be overpowered.

Sakura has obviously learned Plot No Jutsu before the movie. It's how she plans to stay relevant now that the manga concluded. Curious that Sai (Anbu), Shikamaru (Jonin), Hinata (Byakugan Hime) and Naruto (Asura's transmigrant with Hagormo Power up, full Kurama and 8 other tailed beast chakras) all couldn't escape this genjutsu.
