What can Toneri exactly accomplish in this fight? His cloak form is inferior to that of Madara's. His Doujutsu is inferior to the Rinnegan and Rinne Sharingan. His CQC is even inferior to BSM Naruto to let alone be close to Madara's, so Limbo takes care of that. His moon cutting technique is inferior to Madara, who casually captured the entire planet within his Infinite Tsukuyomi and Mokuton.

He lost to BSM Naruto, latter is weak compared to hist counterpart RSM, which is only half of Madara's power. Not much to talk here.
