if you are referencing to Kakashi when he got the sharingan from obito, you didnt understand the manga.
Kakashi sacrificed his left eye to protect obito, later obito gave him his sharingan as a present to honor their friendship, that was an epic moment.
You would take a present like this, too if a friend offers it for you, btw kakashis left eye was crushed, if you have to chose between living with only the right eye and a hole instead of your left eye or getting the sharingan to fill that hole in the left side, you would take it for sure.

Kakashi proved many times that he is a decent ninja without the sharingan, just read the manga instead of making tawdry comments.

There must be a reason for your hate against Kakashi and the only logical aspect would be that he is superior to your faves and thats why you are so frustrated because deep down inside of you you know that Kakashi would shit at them.

Back to topic:
Kakashi has high chances of winning against tsunade due to superior speed,ninjutsu,taijutsu,genjutsu and intelligence.
Raiden is probably a good way to defeat katsuyu because raiton cancels processes where sth liquid splits up.
