You seem to be upset that the Byakugan got a power up like the Tenseigan, so you go around trying to degrade it as being an asspull and retcon, and while that may be the case, this is irrelevant, as the manga itself also has many, many asspulls and retcons, so why do you feel the need to point out the Tenseigan as being such ?

But, the Tenseigan would in fact count as being a Kekkai Genkai of the Hyuga, since they have the potential to unlock it, but none of them have yet to do so. After all, Tenseigan comes form Hyuga+Ootsutsuki, meaning it is in fact their Kekkai Genkai.

None of them have it, but that doesn't mean it's not part o their bloodline. Tenseigan is unlocked through the powers of Hyuga & Ootsutsuki, so like it or not, the Tenseigan requires the powers or traits of the Hyuga clan in order to be unlocked, ergo making it a Bloodline ability of theirs. Just because no one hasn't unlocked it, it doesn't mean it's not possible for any of them to unlock.

It's like saying EMS wasn't a KKG of the Uchiha clan before Madara & Izuna unlocked them, which would be a lie, of course.
