I thinks Sakura has this. Her natural genjutsu resistance defies sharingan and her Shanaro can break Perfect Susano. She already has more chakra than Kurama witnessed when she gave Obito enough chakra to open the portals which Kaguya was wasting her chakra on. This establishes her chakra levels are at least Juubi tier.

Sakura has greater strength than Tsunade so Perfect Susano gets one shotted if Madara tries to use it. Or Sakura catches Madara's PS sword like Tsunade and uses it against him like you said. Her regeneration and chakra levels are on par with Juubi so Madara will have a hard time countering Sakura's superior reserves and agility. Kurama is non factor when Sakura can break TBB in half with CES and punch them back at Kurama.

So why didn't she give Shikamaru a chakra boost when he was dying of chakra lost? And why did she pass out when infusing her chakra in Naruto to save him from chakra loss in The Last?

Yeah didn't considered that. But he fought against him along with his Sannin pals so he should at least know about posion even if not the sack itself. He would be cautious.

She had Kyuubi chakra at that moment so she wasn't low chakra, this was never stated. And read my edited post. Sakura struggled to save someone from chakra loss again in The Last as well.

I agree. We saw how she blitzed Kaguya when even Sasuke with a Space Time ninjutsu failed to do so. She already is faster than Perfect Susanoo flight speed which was caught by Kaguya's chakra arms but Sakura easily outmanoeuvred them.
