There was a point that I thought "These references to Kaguya are telling me she's ging to appear soon, so if thier having trouble with Lord Madara they might need to team up" and I rather have it Lord Madara sacrificing himself to save Naruto and Sasuke (after learning Infinite Tsukyomi is fake) and something else along those lines lol.
Or Kaguya could have been saved for the next part of Naruto and Lord Madara puts everyone under Infinite tsukyomi and kills Naruto and Sasuke.

I agree with what you say, however BZ and Kaguya's part of the story was never shown. Their purpose was never shown as to why they would want a Dream world. They were surely the creators of the plan and the ones who came up with everything dark and evil in the shinobi world, that is for sure. However, Madara's side of the story was shown more in detail and more than anything, he was the one who did everything. Kishi developed his character to show a purpose as to why he wanted a Dream world and did all the practical work and had feats to achieve it while BZ and Kaguya remained a mystery. Regardless of who was in control, Madara gets the credit and is acknowledged throughout due to his feats and development of character. This is why he is the greatest villain and one of the best characters in the whole series and my opinion is based on manga facts. hmm
