Is Sakura good at CQC?

This goes down in my history as one of the most biased threads ive ever seen in my entire life. I agree that she isnt exceptional at CQC, but she is nowhere near as bad as depicted on this thread.

The sad truth is, I could not find manga scans of Sakura against shinobi who are on basic level. The only feats Sakura has outside of Sasori, are Zetsu and Juubi monsters. Those shouldn't be considered feats against humans who actually have intellect and are shinobi.

I broke the chapters I found throughout the manga periodically. It shouldn't change the information when Sakura who was with Naruto/Sai vs Kumogaure shinobi, reacted the same way War Arc Sakura did vs Madara.

Though if you can grant me some more manga panels if I did miss some, then I would graciously obliged to change up my main post.

Her combat feat are mostly dependent upon her wits
When she fought the sound nin, her timing with the substitution jutsu was exceptional.
When she fought ino she was about to blitzher, and she was faster than her
He reaction speed was good, countered all of ino's attacks.
Her reaction speed with Gaara was great, even though she need possess the strength.
Part two speaks for itself.
IT was a fact that Sasori's battle experience out weighted Sakura, and then Chiyo said that Sakura didn't need her help.
And she was avoiding highspeed attack, just by reading and anticipated his moves.
She blitz Zetsu, who was coming at her quite fast and she was sitting down in a seat.
She avoided Kaguya chakra arms.
Blitz Madara, who was quite fast due to his new found status (only the 8th gated guy could out speed him), though he did stab her.

I'm going to ignore the bolded because we are talking about Shippuden Sakura, and these are the feats provided in the OP

The sad fact is that it also stats that Sasori wasn't even serious against Chiyo and Sakura, and he gave up towards the end. Next, Sakura anticipated movement of a puppeteer's fingers, that isn't a remarkable feat Femme. That is just from an observative point of view, not to mention it's obvious a PUPPETEER uses his fingers before he strikes lol. Lastly, Sakura would of died without Chiyo. Now if you want me to bring manga scans, I will.

Everyone was destroying Zetsu, not to mention they have no speed feats.

She never fought Kaguya by herself. The Naruto/Sasuke/Kakashi/Sakura final hit was rigged.

I'm not taking the last part seriously. She never blitz anyone outside of Chunin Arc Ino.

Well a lot of Sakura fan's said she was talented in close combat, so I was curious and I noticed some things that made her character... less capable of fighting against "shinobi" per se? I just wanted a confirmation on what I thought.

She's powerful/strong, but she isn't skilled in CQC like someone like Gai or Lee for example. In other words, her style is crude, but with regeneration, she can afford to be.

Sakura does lack CQC skills of the level she is... She possess brute force but that's nearly meaningless without proper taijutsu...

To be concise at that point and time in each panel Sakura demonstrated lack of Taijutsu skill, the same can be seen when in the Bell instead of setting up the punches against Kakashi,She just throw them will punches hoping to score on raw emotional context alone. She needs to train with Guy and Lee on Taijutsu.

I Agree with ur points , great thread , neji solo's in CQC.

I would say her skill in CQC is a little below average , probably not even as skilled as p1 sasuke who solo kicked those 2 mist chunins in zabuza arc.

You are right the Sasori scan air pointless, Sakura power Scaled drastically increase upon activating the seal, even more so in byakugou mode.

Agree, she's horrible. Lee, Neji, Hinata, Kiba, and Tsunade are all better than her. Look at how she just ran STRAIGHT at Madara. Such a bad choice.

So I can say with actual confidence that most shinobi can actually take down Sakura with skill, but Sakura herself is negated from that outcome by having regenerative properties. If someone was able to stop the flow of her chakra, it would most definitely be game over. Thanks for reading my thread, I hope you enjoyed it.

Still a good thread, though. This is exactly why i think current Kakashi has a real chance of beating her - he's more skilled, while she's stronger. That's pretty much how Sakura fights go - most people you pit her against have a chance of victory, and it's almost never a stomp. It's probably because she feels like nothing more than the typical brute strength type, even though she's also smart, but doesn't seem to apply it in combat often. Meh...

Yes but this is about her skill , sasuke and others showed skill way beyond anything p2 sakura showed.

Since this is about her skill which was shown to be below p1 sasuke at the time who would in term be ntn above average to someone like lee who is ntn special to someone like neji , then if u add jonins and people like gai into the mix then her CQC skills should be below average and would lead to her getting insta stomped by any who are above mist arc sasuke in taijutsu.
