Did Luffy and Doflamingo fight yet?

i started reading One Piece manga 6 months ago just for the luls...

and it's so messy that i don't understand shit about what's going on!
first Luffy is standing face to face with Doflamingo... next chapter Luffy is somewhere else...
then they meet up again, next chapter Luffy isn't there...
then they show 89729345 different characters fighting over something that Sabo already won?
i don't even understand what's going on? it seems to be 200 different fights at 200 different locations and the manga is jumping from location to location(?)

when will Luffy fight Doflamingo for real?

P.S i think that One Piece have too many useless scans... it makes the anime feel highly slow-paced

but i wanna see Doflamingo get his butt kicked

The number of sub-plots, and characters involved in an OP arc is unreal and again he never f*cks up one time and u never have plot-holes, that is called world building but maybe the writers capabilities are a bit too much to handle for ur tiny brain.

OP pacing works well and Oda gives us a lot of content in each chapter. Its an adventure series at the end of the day. No need to rush a beautiful adventure like OP.

Actually I was talking more about when...him and Law got cornered and Doflamingo patted his punch away like a fly also when he got kicked in the face...but still spin it around all you want he got rekt.

SO when Luffy punched Doflamingo and he coughs up blood it is 'patted away like a fly' . But when Doffy punched Luffy which did even less damage he got rekt? Ok I understand it now. I have a clear picture of it
