Who writes the fillers?

Who writes the fillers?Most of them could use better writing(a few of them are good too though)..and could focus on unexplored characters like The White fang,Prime Hiruzen,Tobirama's reign,Shisui,Kagami Uchiha,Rin and others.Just saying it doesn't seem like Kishi is writes the fillers...

It's probably SP, but a shame they do such stupid fillers where they could focus more on side characters like you said rather than some retarded ostricho-like fillers. What a shame, what a shame ... This is exactly example how does they want more money in the same time pissing some fans off. LOL.

I wanted an Uzumaki arc in the actual manga, but thats all down hill now. I mean they can explore it further in a mini series or even a Movie. I felt like Kishi teased the awesomeness of the clan just to get the fans hype. There was so many mask on the wall. I think it be good if they did a filler with Orochimaru research files and showcase some Uzumaki storyline along with other unexplored thjngs. Now that the manga has ended I doubt we will get closure on the clans story.

I think Kishi should just announce that all fillers from now on are connected to canon, so that they are considered canon.

Junki Takegami did a lot of the fillers in Part 1, post VOTE fight.
