Well the wind would just enhance the fire so Hiashi would just screw himself over. You would need a water element jutsu to counter the katon.

Wind usually powers up fire however an air palm isnt exactly a wind technique. Air palm has gentle fist properties so it would destroy parts of the katon however the Katon would overwhelm it. Hiashi wouldnt get injured if the attacks were used against each other as the air palm would be protecting him against the part of the katon that would hit Hiashi.
