Please tell me what Sasuke being stronger than Naruto or Naruto being stronger than Sasuke proves about their characters?

What does a character being stronger than the other have do with actual character? Why does one character always have to beat the other? What is that proving exactly?

Kaguya beats everyone but does everyone like her? No..... Is she a better character than the people she beats? No.....

Wanna elaborate on that one?
For one thing. Don't call someone who tried to kill you 'your best friend.'
Don't hyperventilate for someone who tried to kill you.
Don't go 4 tails for someone that doesn't care about you all because someone talked shit about him.
Don't continue to waste the majority of the series screaming Sasuke's name like an annoying pretard and getting butthurt that he's not next to me.

Naruto is also the boring MC with no dynamics or character shifts. His goal and plot has been the same for the entire 700 chapters.

I don't think I need to write 12 pages about Sasuke's character when anyone with a lick of sense can see Sasuke as the better developed character.

It just proves one person was right over the other. It in essence proves nil but thats the way anime forums generally are, just got to deal with it or ignore it mate.
Series is over yet people are still arguing over the same shit, I am going to ignore it but I was just trying to point out some stuff for people.

Naruto was honest the whole time. Sasuke never wanted to not be Naruto's friend. He was just a scared little child. If it weren't for Naruto's ability to see through all of Sasuke's sulking, you wouldn't be trying to make this argument right now.

Naruto was honest the whole time.
Honest about what?

Sasuke never wanted to not be Naruto's friend.
Not the point. Sasuke was never a "true" friend to Naruto, no matter how much you want to slice it.

He was just a scared little child.
Still doesn't count as friendship.

I don't think I care about some blonde guy who considers the same guy responsible for murdering his parents and causing his life hell as the coolest guy to be on the same boat as Sasuke, and as it stands, I still stand by what I say. Naruto is naive and a moron. Nuff said.

Instead of asking me these meaningless questions, how about you explain to me how Naruto is a better character than Sasuke.

Naruto is a naive moron who your "great character" loves more than anyone (except maybe Itachi). How can you call him naive when he succeeded in the end?

Because Sasuke is the better developed character. He was a dynamic guy.Neither good or evil. His goals along with his outfit kept changing and even as Kishi admits it was very hard to depict. He was also more realistic than Naruto.Whereas Naruto was the usual run of the mill MC who wanted to be Hokage

Correction: Sasuke loves Itachi and his clan the most. Naruto is just someone that he realized cared about him for some dumb reason so he accepted him as his closest friend.

Yes, the words moron and naive fit perfectly for Naruto. Doesn't matter if he succeeded in the end. Last I remembered he was the main character so he was inevitably supposed to succeed. Redundant argument.

Him succeeding =/= character development. Naruto is protected by plot and it would be stupid if he didn't bring Sasuke back to the light like he promised. Of course he was going to succeed. Doesn't change anything about what I said. His character is stale at best. Gaara, Neji, Itachi and Sasuke are all better developed characters than him.

And yet, they all owe their development to Naruto (except for Itachi, and even he does a little). Naruto isn't a moron. I'm not saying that he is necessarily a great character from a literary standpoint (though he is certainly far from "stale"), but he is probably the most mature character in the whole story.

It's called fanboyism, yet nothing matters no matter how big the certain fan base is.

Facts are always facts and that being said Kishi stated they will always be equal. People and their wanking these days.

He was mature enough not to have any inhibitions about using such a technique, knowing that it could give him an advantage in the fight against Kaguya. That wasn't even the point though. If you haven't already experienced it, I think it will be difficult (maybe impossible) for you to understand. Just...remember this when you hit a really low point in your life :/

*cough* Naruto didn't change his goals 3 times in a row compared to Sasuke *cough*
Sasuke is just being realistic. You know, that feaature when you act on your emotions and how you feel rather than befriend everyone and act like everything is fun and games.

Sasuke's goal changing is what made the manga interesting. To be honest, I have no idea what the hell you are even trying to prove.
