Just to say Prime Kaguya is Far more op then the one naruto and sasuke fought. She was the one who had the fruits power when charka was inside one plus she had infiniteT.

Well that depends, hagoromo with both yin and yang seal fodderizes Jin madara, and by fodderize I mean literally, hagoromo is the original rinnegan user and he mastered his eyes, he knows and has techs we probably have yet to see, with half of prime kaguya's chakra he is in a league of his own with the only beings that could rival are hamura and kaguya herself. Even hagoromo with just yang seal is more deadly. All of hagoromo's incarnations can take down and or kill madara. Juubi Jin hagoromo would neg diff madara into oblivion it's not even a neg diff it's a God neg diff. But regular yang seal no yin hagoromo just low or mid diffs madara. Even with all the power madara has attained no matter how you look at it, they're just fractions of kaguya's power since she is the original and hagoromo has half of that power AND yang seal not to mention a mastered rinnegan and if he wanted to ge could use sage mode himself, heck Minato did. Madara doesn't even stand up to hagoromo even as a Jin however three eye'd madara is madara's best bet but even then as shown by black zetsu the amount of chakra that madara absorbed was enormous and Naruto even noted it as stronger than the juubi itself and that still wasn't on par with prime kaguya so imagine how powerful prime kaguya is and how much half of her chakra is.

if it is true that the chakra Hagoromo gave to Naruto and Sasuke was completely his unenhanced

This honestly all depends on what kind of chakra he gave Naruto and Sasuke. If his chakra was not enhanced (basically non-Juubi Jin Hagoromo), then non-Jin Hagoromo will even beat Prime Madara. Jin Hagoromo would stomp. If it was Juubi Jin enhanced, then this is closer than people would expect.

It's very funny.
How can you say that Hagoromo without the Juubi would be stronger than Rikudou-Madara? There are no feats of Hagoromo exept the original Rinnegan. Hagoromos "Rikudou Senjutsu" would also be different then Narutos version, because Naruto had Bijuuchakra which Hagoromo without Juubi didn't have.
So what does the "normal" Hagoromo have? Gudōdama (Madara has them too), Rinnegan (more powerful then Madaras but not that much).

So:
Hagoromo (Jinchuuriki) > Madara (Jinchuuriki) > Hagoromo (without Juubi)

That's how I see it considering Hagoromo did say One Eyed JJ Madara without the Shinju absorbed was coming close to his level and then Madara absorbs the Shinju, Gets back his Second Rinnegan and unlocks the Rinne-Sharingan so he should be on par with Pre-Jin Hagoromo.

His chakra is so strong it brings Sasuke and Narutos (each with half of his own, not Yin+Yang) from top tiers to god tiers, capable of manhandling a Juubi Jin that was stated to be >> Obito by the same ninja that widely fought the latter and knew how strong he was. He is a combined version of Rikudou Naruto and Rikudou Sasuke, except he has thousand of years of experience. Just by seeing how strong is Six Paths CT you get the idea of the scale of his techniques. Maybe Yang seal Hagoromo is on his level (and that's a stretch considering he is a better version of him), but Yang+Yin seal (presumably Hamura gave his seal to him for whatever reason, and i think he got some type of boost) stomps him.

One eyed Madara was stated to be approaching Rikudo's power, Shinju and the other eye are massive boosts. So he'd be on par with him. Naturally the Juubi isn't included.

Well is hard to assert the two characters. We never see RS when he was young how strong he was, before he gained the yin seal and the Jubi.
We saw Madara how fought countless time Hashirama, but never was able to beat him once.
Even he got Sharingan, MS and EMS.

1. You can't have a better Sage Mode than someone with the source of natural energy. Madara has the Holy Tree if you've forgotten.

2. It doesn't really matter. Perfection as I see it is knowing all paths, so Madara has mastered it as well.

3. You may be forgetting about the other factors. Sasuke got Hashirama's cells, therefore he would have gotten the regular set of Rinnegan, and Naruto had just received a part of all tailed beasts, which results in the Six Paths Sage Mode. We don't know by how much a margin Hagoromo helped.

4. His chakra is great, but it isn't better than the source, the Holy Tree's. Madara also has more chakra.
