They have chance if they distract him with either Nagato casting CT or Itachi appearing behind him to distract him or try to cast Tsukuyiomi right off the bat giving Nagato time to use CT forcing Naruto to fire fist at CT, while Itachi cast amaterasu on him(which won't kill him, but keep wounding him) then Nagato either comes behind him pulling soul out of body or casting absorption barrier to be prepared for Bijuudama, byt only if Naruto doesn't bust them before that.
