I know that at first glance this is a stomps, but do you know how an IC Hanzo behaves? He summon Ibuse who in return fill the battlefield with poisonous gas. And how an IC Raikage behaves? Go head first with nukite, specially whitout proper knowledge on Hanzo. He will get poisoned and and fall.
People need to stop underrating Hanzo...

Hanzo would take his mask off here after realizing Ei's speed, I would think. Meaning even if Ei does get close and lands a hit, even a killing blow, he's gonna end up dead eventually from the poison himself.

Sadly for Hanzo, that's his only feat that's capable of harming Ei. Thus, this likely ends in a draw.

It's not like the Third Raikage is scatter-brained and absent-minded in combat like the Fourth Raikage. He'll look at the Salamander and the gas, and deduce that it's poison. Then he'll either choose to keep his distance and one shot him with Kuropansa, or hold his breath and rush with Nukite. Just because you don't give a character intel doesn't mean that they can't observe their opponent's techniques and figure out what they entail.

Edit: Also, Ay can also swing Nukite around to blow back the poisonous gas, so there's that as well.

Mifune did not hold his breath. He was immune thanks to the antidote Hanzo gave him years ago. And he does have knowledge. Why should he go holding his breath?

Well, at the same time the Third Raikage did not show the same short fuse pacience and rage from his son, he did not have one single feat of shown strategy or rational thinking during his entre fight. And both Ibuse's poison and Hanzo's own poison if he takes his mask off will linger in the case of Ibuse and go continuosly on Hanzo's case. With Hanzo's shunshin he cam evade him long enough for Ay to breathe even a tiny bit of the poison...

I really don't know how much I have to harp on something like this, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. There are some things that can be proven as true without showing feats. Not to mention that the Raikage was being forcibly commanded to attack by Kabuto. Also, Hanzō isn't nearly as fast as the Sandaime, nor fast enough to evade him for even a short time, so that isn't happening.
