Why didn't sasuke use a black chidori with the so6ps chakra or did he not have it anymore cuz base chidori didn't have any effect but the black one sliced JJ madara in half so I could have pierced naruto

Naruto just about evaded it. Black chidori isn't going to make a difference, because naruto's RSM senjutsu will keep up with Sasuke's Ame.​

Who knows, it probably takes longer to make black chidori than basic chidori. Although I don't believe black chidori bisected madara, it was just chidori spear. (wonder what happened to sasuke's sword Lol)
