Interesting question. Maybe he surpasses Naruto were his development stooped, it was were he learn sage jutsu. I know he got others development too, but he mastered Kurama chakra and gain KCM and BM. And Naruto also gained Rikudo Sage Mode.
Sasuke gained the EMS and the Rinnegan. I do not see how Bolt will get the same power as his dad. Or Sasuke daughter. Sasuke has also special chakra even for an Uchia, because he is Indira´s reincarnation.

The Rinnegan could be transplanted in Sasuke´s daughter. Like Madra did it with Nagato. But Rikudo sage Mode is different case. You need the yang chakra from Hogomro also the other Tailed Beast chakra.
Naruto is half Uzumaki this the reason why he survived extraction but lost his conscience.
Kushina was full blood Uzumaki and could move around. You see Naruto life force was not so strong like his mother. We do not know if his son has large chakra pool like his father.

i don't think so , the tailed beast and naruto pretty much agreed the jin/ tailed beast circle would end with him. i think after naruto dies Kumura will either stay within the village to protect naruto's ideals or he will leave to live in the wild free
