Will Bolt inherit Kurama?

Technically, there's no need for him to get Kurama now since Kurama is a citizen of Konoha, essentially. There's an issue with power, though. A new generation always surpasses the old one (in Hashirama's and Madara's case is really to believe that but we can get through it somehow) so I don't see how Bolt could do it without being a Jin. There's also a very high probability that a Jin can utilize Biju's power a lot better than a Biju itself can. So in terms of danger or any potential war, it would be better for Kurama to be inside Bolt.

Naruto achieved so much it's hard to believe his son will surpass him even with Kurama, let alone without it. What's your take on it?
