Icelator's Mist (Hyouton: hikiri )

Description:The user sends his ice chakra through the air making it turn into a freezing mist that blinds by creating a light ice surface over it the enemy while it senses the enemy’s motions just like the sensing rain style. Moreover, the user keeps regenerating it so that even if the enemy uses jutsu that take it away it would regenerate itself.
~ can only be used once per battle.
~ +10 damages for each hyouton attack used while the mist is on
~ can only stay for up to 3 turns
~ the user can't use ice element after the mist limited time is off for 2 turns


Grey Glove (kai gurabu)

Descriptions:A glove that has tattoo tags over it that hold weapons inside it that the user can summon them by charging his chakra through the tattoos and do a one-hand handseal.
~ this is a custom glove for bios not a jutsu

Fan-blade ( uchiwakun )

Descriptions: A large fan that has blade like shape in its own outer angles that is made from developed aluminum, the inner fan is made from light developed Rubber that can contain a huge amount of wind, it has two chains out of it that is robbed by chakra links and the users hand giving the ability of controlling it even from distance, it can also be sealed within the grey glove.
~Makes fuuton jutsus +10 damages to the enemy
~protect from fuuton attacks up to B rank (C and D rank doesn't damage the user)*changeable by mods*

Descriptions:the user charges the water the he created before with his ice chakra through his water's chakra making it fill with the ice chakra, then makes the ground turn to ice that would stick the enemies legs to the ground, at that moment it rises randomly creating trees of ice from that slicing through the enemy’s body fast.

~This jutsus range depends on the range the water is covering *if water did cover the ground*
~there is also "roots" created under to those trees, so fleeing down wont help
~can only be used once per battle
~the user can't use ice jutsus for 3 turns
~can be followed with ice expansion style only as a ice jutsu
~ all the Branches are are directed at the enemy

Note; Must have activated 7th gate.
-Usable twice in a battle.
-Gates last 2 lesser turns.
-Damage the user by 20.

7th gate allows the user to vaguely move at the speed of light;

Description; 9th gate is a fighting skill, enabled when used 8 gates with the influence of yin/yang, unlocking crown chakra. The technique stabilizes the rushing effects of the gates, giving user complete command over his chakra, since the overflowing gates chakra is directed towards the 9th gate outside the body, the positive effects of the gates more or less remains the same, while the negative effects are removed.
Note; Must know yin/yang and 8 gates.

Advantages
• Allows the user to user to keep his variety of techniques whilst maintaining the gates.
• Removes all the damaging effects of gates.
Disadvantages
• Weakens the effectiveness of gates, 30% damage is removed from the total increase in damage.

Description: The user starts to awaken partially his swordsman spirit, which manifests itself in two extra heads and four extra arms, which all have a sword. In fact these extre limbs are actually nothing more than "partially clones". The difference is they aren't separate, they can't preform any elemental jutsu's outside Butai Kyuuen. They also share one brain, unlike normal clones, and give a 360? vision.
After that the user holds the swords so the blades are pointing towards the opponent. He then leaps towards him slashing him with all nine of his swords at once, shreading the opponent completely, afterwards ending in a position where all the swords are held in a way to make them look like they're fanning out.
All the swords cover, for a swordsman, a wide area around the user and are strong enough to break nearly any swordsman stance and to defend against it. By focusing chakra into the swords, the user increases also the defensive capacity of the attack so that it can even block A rank jutsu's.

*Can't be used the turn after it was used*
*User needs to know both Santoryu and Ken Ki*
*The extra limbs can't preform elemental jutsu's, though the user can keep them around for max of two turns, which cost +10 chakra each turn*

The user places all his swords in some kind of a quarter/half-wheel shaped horizontal position. When close to the opponent, the user rotates something between 90?-180? and during it he slashes with all his swords. Due to the wheel-shaped position, the slashes aren't all at the same time, but are a series of slashes one after another on different hights due to the rotation.
The user ends with his swords in a full wheel-shaped position.
It's both and attack and defence that protects the user on all sides and is strong enough to block most sword-attacks and to break any stance. By focusing chakra into the swords, the user increases also the defensive capacity of the attack so that it can even block A rank jutsu's.

PS: I asked Rei about the extra limbs and she was more or less fine with it, outside "no extra peewees" but it's the RP-mods call. As it's possible to create an entire copy of yourself that can think and move on its own, I don't find it impossible just to create temporary a few extra limbs that can't use any elemenetal jutsu's, which is in se the main point of clones.

These whips for at extremely high speed, no handseals needed, the user just stomps the ground.

Note: Lasts for two rounds.

Description: While focusing wind chakra through the air, and performing a 4 handseal sequence. The wind chakra will flow faster as then the user will release sound waves from there mouth, making rhe vibrations rub against the wind chakra in the air, producing a whispering but strong sound, this sound will make the opponent hearing faulter and not work as well, but also make them seem sleepy, as the vibrations will go into the opponent's ears, and confuse their brain vibrations. This will slowly make the opponent lose balance and sense of everything, if the opponent has a eye kekkei genkai activated, the opponent will be able to directly see the vibrations coming, and may be able to stop it. After a turn, the opponent will fall asleep only able to wake up by some other noise loud enough to break the opponent's slow but powerful trance.

Description: Doing one seal, to which they place a illusion which just requires the opponent to be facing in the direction of which the user is facing, this illusion makes any seals either the opponent's self or the user, the opponent will think any seal will seem like 3x as many as it really is, so if the user does 3 seals, the opponent think's 9 seals, this confuses the oppponent so when they do a seal they will keep doing many seals even though they only needed to do that many seals.
-Lasts 4 turns unless the opponent is a rank lower then it lasts 5 turns, any lower it will be 6 turns
-Must be taught by -Sin-
-This genjutsu takes affect right away

( Rōnin kenshi jutsu: Shi ken jiten ) - Ronin swordsman arts: Four sword rotation

Description: User will take out his Ronin blade set and set the blades on specific order. Shortest blade, Wind blade is held on user's mouth sideways. Middle sized blade, Lightning blade is wielded on left hand. Longest blade, Water blade is wielded on right hand. As the user has put sword on this order he will focus wind chakra on shortest blade and lightning chakra on middle sized blade. When the chakra is infused to these swords user will run towards the target and make deadly set of multiple slashes and stabs while rotating. When user has rotated for a moment he will put the blades into their scabbards and finish the rotating with swing of Guillotine.
Note:
- Can only be used once
- No Genjutsu or Taijutsu on same turn
- Causes - 15 damage to user
- Skilled swordsman can block the attacks even if he/she has no dojutsu
- No sword attacks for one turn afterwards

So as the opponent attacks user he/she will use this move to defend effectively from incoming taijutsu attack and make somersault kick on opponent's chin at the speed of 3rd gate launching opponent back one range.
Note:
- Can be used twice per battle
- Recharging this move takes three turns
- Causes - 10 damage to user every time it's used
- No taijutsu or genjutsu for two turns after usage

The gust is used to protect themselves from falling from heights by blowing the air at ground or thing that you're landing on causing the landing to be soft as pillow preventing user to get hurt from falling great heights.

Problems? Well, first, you're over your week's submission...but aside from that...

Ice Mist has been created before. Grey Glove is not in template and how can it NOT be a jutsu. This is the custom jutsu submission O_O. Fan blade has no restrictions. In Wind Stun, your grammar usage was so terrible that I couldn't even interpret it. What the hell does "making the enemy unable to use the wind styles neither he could making the fuuton element unable to be used for 2 turns" mean? O_O Did the sentence fragment just asexually reproduce an even worse sentence fragment? o_O
The last jutsu is OP......did I do a good job of explaining it thoroughly enough? O_O

Swordsman are teached about the body. To be able to fight, they must know of every muscle stretch and bone movement. After long years of body study and herbal knowledge, this brings two things:

  1. Swordsman are able to tell from great distance what stretches or bone breakes one had/has or even what movement he has done, after this jutsu has been used. This way they can at once know what movement is going to follow once they see the previous one. They get an advantage at what's going to happen, therefore a second more to react. This jutsu gives them the ability to predict someone's movement. They can only predict up to one second in the future, though the user still doesn't see the future of the surrounding. He only sees what the muscles of the enemy are going to do.
  2. They can perfectly help themselves from shallow wounds, non-complex poisons, etc. Here we are not talking about med-ninjutsu - This is advanced First Aid. Example:
    They can bandage cuts and stabs with their clothing. They are able to find herbs to defy non-complex poison. They can stop their blood flow with wires in a certain point if needed. And most importantly, they are able to gather chakra in points that hurt. This way they can defy pain. Whenever this jutsu is used, user instantly puts bandages over his cuts, and gathers chakra in the point where it hurt. This way, he partially stops bleeding, and prevents pain to a certain point. Although this is nothing near med-jutsu, and it not even the same branch of art. This is , as mentioned, advanced first aid.

Description: This is a highly advanced Kenjutsu. After the user has awoken Ken Ki, he puts his sword in front. He holds it in one hand (no matter which), therefore the sword is positioned a little bit to the side, in front of the shoulder. The sword must be very polished, and it must not have been soaked in blood in the fight before. The user gathers chakra in the sword. The sword works as a mirror. It projects an image of the user on the other side of the sword. The enemy therefore sees two users, and doesn't know which one is the real. Now comes the hard part;
After long years of training, and after awakening the Ken Ki, he is able to manipulate his weapons with great accuracy and style. With the sword full of chakra, he moves it in a very complex way, making the mirror-image of the user move. This restricts his movements, but if he is in Ken Ki mode, his movements and reflexes are faster. In the use of this jutsu, the movements are restricted, as mentioned, but only to the level of a normal swordsman if the user used Ken Ki.
The user moves the sword, making the image attack, defend and everything else. To the enemy seems like he is attacked by two people BUT only one of them is real, and the user can freely say who it is. The other one is an illusion. This causes to the enemy to defend from attacks that don't exist, often slashing and stabbing in the air. Example of an attack:

  • After creating the mirror image of myself, 1 puts together his hands, and crouches. 2 runs towards him, and steps on the hands, jumping backwards. In the same second, 1 jumps upwards, giving him extra power to jump. In the air, 2 makes some somersaults, and then lands behind the enemy. He takes the sword from his mouth and slashes the enemy. As the enemy wants to block it, the attack goes through him but does no effect. In the meantime, he is stabbed by the real one (No.1) from behind. Note: While 1 was doing the step for 2, he had the sword in his mouth, controlling 2 with his mouth.
They would be called with numbers, to cause less arguments. This the ultimate distraction, and few are able to see through this jutsu. Only Byakugan, Sharingan can see who is the real one. This jutsu only lasts as long as does Ken Ki. After Ken Ki is over, the illusion disappears. Also, the user has to control the illusion constantly with a lot of concentration. He can control him with the moving of his hands. Advanced swordsman can control the illusion while having the sword in the mouth. The difference between this jutsu and a simple clone technique is, that here the enemy never knows which one is the real one.

Description: A microburst is a localized column of sinking air, literally. From the sky, a large burst of air will push down to the ground. This blast is extremely large, and in width, it could be comparable to the size of many, many buildings put in a position that would make the outline of a circle. The microburst begins with the downburst, which is when the air is actually being pushed down onto the ground. This power is strong enough to flatten forests and possibly buildings. Once it pushes down, bringing an abundance of rain down with it in a wet microburst, the microburst enters its second stage—the outburst. The wind, because it’s going downwards, goes out in all directions by curving sideways and slightly upwards when colliding with the ground, making this part of it unavoidable, as it spreads out across the terrain. The winds are still strong enough to push back and break trees. Afterwards, the ‘cushion’ stage will occur. During this stage, winds at the surface will begin to slow while the wind will begin to curl up even more. Essentially, this is an enhancement of the outburst. The winds will begin to spread out even more and in even more broad directions, moving higher up into the sky as they do so, filling almost the entire terrain with powerful wind. None of these stages are cancelled out by the other, during the outburst, the downburst is still occurring, and the cushion just boosts the outbursts power and range. As mentioned earlier, there are two versions of a microburst—dry microbursts and wet microbursts, one of which creates an elemental combination. A wet microburst, which is, as its name suggests, accompanied by precipitation, would be almost like a hurricane. During the downburst, heavy rain would come down with it, and in the outburst, the rain would blow out sideways instead of downwards, maintaining its elemental combo, so first it’s like a downwards hurricane and afterwards, almost identical to a normal hurricane, but the wind and water is all moving in different directions outwards. The dry microburst, meanwhile, starts with rain in it, but, however, it evaporates before it reaches the ground, and this cool air descends and accelerates towards the ground. Essentially, a dry microburst is a version of the wet one, without rain however. This microburst is cooler than a wet microburst however, which doesn’t do much more than slightly lower the temperature for a moment.

Deamon Liger - A Deamon liger is a cross between a tiger and a lion with a evil aura with destructive power who is able to use all elements and do great damage. These are summoned in pairs

Prince smaug - Smaug is the prince of the deamons and posseses great power and is harder than others to summon. Smaug has the power to control all elements and yin and yang, though only if the user can. Smaug can weild a deamonic sword with great power.

The lich King - A humanoid who is able to transform into a dragon in an instant, the lich king can use all elements including yin and yang if the user can but takes alot of chakra to summon. The lich king can only be controlled by The pervy sage though maybe he will lissen to others in due time. He, like the prince can transform at will and has the greatest dragon blade of all, Flareon!

Description: The user creates many small, glowing greenish fireballs that float around an enemy by focusing katon-based chakra into his hands (or sword) which are then released. The idea behind this attack's name is that before he attacks with them, the small fireballs look like fireflies in the air, making the opponent dropping his guard as it doesn't look like an attack. These 'fireflies' surround the target (or targets) on all sides and not only the target, but a large area around him.
The user then has two options. Or he makes them all explode at the same time, creating a deadly inferno that can even evaporate water sources or he can send them all at once towards the opponent, making them explode all at once on the opponent. The attack can cover a wide terrain.

Description: The world's strongest thrust, there are four ways to preform this technique. These four variations only have very small differences:
  1. This is the standard one. The user places his right foot in front and positions his left more to the back. He stretches his right arm and places the tip of the blade on his right hand and he grabs the end of the hilt with his left hand. He then just runs towards the opponent, using the speed of Ken Ki, and thrusts the sword anywhere he wants. In the case the thrust is evaded, the user can still make a vertical side-slash.
  2. The stance is exactly the same, only you raise your right hand, which results in the blade pointing to the sky. This is to attack opponents with the thrust who are airborn.
  3. The stance is exactly the same, only now you raise your left arm, which results in the blade pointing to the ground. The user jumps into the sky and thrusts the opponent diagonally from the air downwards.
  4. The strongest form of the Gatotsu. It's preformed in short range while standing still. Normally the user needs the speed of the legs to thrust, however now it uses all the muscles of the upper body, resulting into an incredibly powerful thrust.

    The user can change which adaptation he wants to use while he's doing the technique. For instance when he's doing a straight thrust and the opponent jumps into the air, he can raise the sword with his hand instantly to thrust the opponent while he's airborn. With other words multiple thrusts are possible during the same move. The thrust is so strong it penetratres the opponent till the guard of the sword.
    This is also one of the longest sword-attacks possible as when the user thrusts, he completely stretches his body forward with, at the climax of the attack, the end of the hilt positioned on the palm of the user. So all the users energy is focused into the sword (while normally some gets lost due to the way you hold a sword)

When it travels over the ground it absorbes large chunks of earth and rock, making it even more dangerous. When traveling over water, the water evaporates and makes the cloud even faster, but a lot lighter.
Even if the opponent escapes, the ash burns his lungs and skin.

The jutsu doesn't require any handseals and by clicking your teeth, the cloud explodes tremendously. However even without blowing up it's incredibly strong.

Description: The User cast an illusion in which everything around the opponent suddenly turns dark, Limiting his vision to only in front of him, When attempting to move the opponent will also find out that he is chained to the ground. Now unable to move there will be a loud crack of thunder and the rain begins. Thus drenching the foe in water. while it is raining the sky illuminates with thunder, All while this is happening the Foe will begin to see Medium sized blue balls of electricity surround him, 1 ball will turn into thousands of electricity orbs. Under the Users commands (which the foe will hear) the thousands of little orbs begin to glow even brighter and grow in size eventually causing multiple explosions around the opponent eventually resulting a Huge electrified explosion that Kills the opponent within the genjutsu. outside of the genjutsu the opponent actually gets wet and severly burned if not avoided in time.
