Madara's Rinnegan will always be > than Sasuke's

Madara is simply a tier above Sasuke not only in power, but in shinobi aptitude, fighting smarts, and skill. This is why Madara's Chibaku Tensei was so godlike and far superior to Sasuke's, as well as his ability to draw on so many Limbo clones and all of his other skills. He simply is a more advanced dojutsu user.

It is unknown if he shall surpass Nagato's usage of the legendary eye, however. Nagato utilized multiple paths at once as well as developed an entire fighting style around it and nuked an entire village on his deathbed. We'll see how it plays out, or if Sasuke's Rinnegan is buffed to compensate.

Sasuke has shown advanced use of his dojutsu as well.

The only reason Madara has better Rinnegan usage than Sasuke is because he has the Juubi powering up all his Jutsu.

Sasuke possesses one 6T Rinnegan.

Nagato could only manage one CT at a time whilst Sasuke was casually creating nine, and used the targets as cores.

Adult Sasuke solos Nagato in rinnegan mastery, don't even need feats because its obvious. He already had Hago like proficiency with the eye at VOTE. And Madara had juubi power so he will be able to always use it on another level.

merged the separate chakras of the bijju and absorbed them in ps using it as an alternative to the gedo, with the merging process stated to be on par with rikudou.

still used preta, all this even though he only had his rinnegan for barely a day. give him 2 more years(the last) and 8 yrs after that(epilogue). madaras would have a larger scale but sasukes is more advanced.

This^ and Limbo isn't really something that u need to work on. Its a natural technique, now as far as caliber Sasuke was able to pull feats that surprised both Kurama and Hagoromo and not only was Sasuke's rinnegan immature, but Sasuke only had this doujutsu for about a few hours. (very little time to explore the doujutsu):|

Even then Sasuke managed to pull more advanced rinnegan techniques than Madara or Nagato

Madara's feats are powered by the Juubi. So it isn't just his Rin'negan. Sasuke's Rin'negan is much better than Madara's and this is without Juubi amplification.
