[Suggestion] Revamp of AMV Contests?

I was hoping maybe NB could try to revamp the AMV contests which died off sometime in 2013? I'd for one love to partake in these contests! And if it doesn't get enough people signing up, just scrap the idea.

Yeah, I know it wouldn't turn out well monthly but if we gave it a one shot then maybe it'll be a good contest. I'm up for it.

As much as I'd want this contest getting implemented again, it's useless. AMV's require quite some time to be made, and I rarely see anyone in the base making AMV's. I guess it wouldn't be a contest if only 2-3 people participated. Seeing how some popular contests aren't getting more than 5 submissions a week/month, I hardly doubt this contest will be successful.

If my knowledge serves me right, it's been two years since last time that contest was hosted. And even then the number of people taking part was really low especially compared to other contests. Right now however, the amount of people partaking in contests is not that immense. Especially when it comes to contests that require you quiet some time and/or focus as to take part. AMV, especially require one a lot of time which would probably end up in two-three people taking part per month however I might be wrong. Of course I am always here if help is needed as for the contest to be hosted and I am up for the idea but then again we need to look at logical way how it might end up.

if we host contest on special occasions like valentines day or fav characters bday (in that people can make amv on his shots in anime) or something like that and if we decide to give some special advantage for the people who r participating in contest but who dont win then also it will help to increase the participants.
